Ivy closed the door to her apartment and once again tried to move her wrist.
It still hurt terribly and she couldn't move it.
She grabbed her wand from her bedside table and cast a few healing spells.
At least she could move her wrist now.
Exhausted, Ivy laid down on her bed without bothering to change, falling asleep almost immedietly.

The next morning, Ivy awoke to the sun shining into her room.
She sighed and got out of bed, put on some normal clothes and went to get breakfast from the kitchen: a piece of toast and a smoothie.
After eating, Ivy grabbed her bag and walked to an empty alley to apparated, to tired to walk.
Once she arrived at St.Mungos, she opened the door to the staffroom. She expected to see Pandoria there as she was always early but she wasn't there.
Deciding she was probably just sleeping in, Ivy went up and looked at the schedule. She went to see the patients she was supposed to see and then went back to the staffroom.
There she found Pandoria. She had a black eye and it looked like she had been in a fight.
"What happened?" Ivy asked worriedly.
Pandoria looked down at her feet.
"There was this drunk guy, he was going up to a really young girl, only like 13 or something, and he was making her feel really uncomfortable, so I had to stop it!" she said.
Ivy smiled. That was the Pandoria she knew, always standing up for people, even if they were complete strangers.

The rest of the day went by normally. Nothing really happened. A few new patients came in, but Ivy didn't know any of them.
After work, Ivy decided to head to Newt's apartment.
She apparated a block away and then walked there, knocking on the door.
Newt opened it with a smile.
"Ivy!" he said, letting her in.
"How was your date?" he added with a smirk.
"Good." Ivy said without thinking.
When she realised her mistake it was already to late.
"So it was a date!" Newt exclaimed.
"What date?" Tina's dark hair appeared from the kitchen.
"You were on a date Ivy?" she asked.
Ivy sighed.
"Well, I might as well tell you. Me and Pandoria are dating." she said, blushing.
Newt and Tina exchanged glances. Finally Tina broke the silence.
"You owe me 2 galleons Newt." she said.
"What!?" Ivy exclaimed, surprised.
"I was sure she would end up with Sinnie!" Newt said.
"You were betting on my love life!?" Ivy asked in shock.
Newt and Tina nodded mysteriously.
"What else are you betting on?"
There was silence.
"Alright fine, bet whatever you want, it's not my money."
"Now you owe me 2 galleons too." Newt said grinning.
Ivy threw up her hands at her sides in exhasperation, causing both Newt and Tina to start laughing.
The group went down to Newt's basement to feed the creatures.
Newt walked over to the nundu, which made Tina look nervous. Ivy saw this and said:
"Try and stop him from going there, he definitely won't listen."
Tina just nodded.
"I know but I'm still worried from the incident."
"That was months ago!"
"I know."
The two girls sat in comfortable silence while preparing feed, each lost in their own thoughts.
Suddenly, Tina broke the silence.
"Queenie told me what happened yesterday."
Ivy just nodded.
"Are you okay?" Tina asked.
Ivy nodded again.
"I'm fine." she said.
And she really was, physiacally, but mentally, the memory would haunt her for months to come.
