"Well I think that you shouldn't use dittany, it's weird." Ivy's new colleague said.

She was just so annoying.

Ivy had came to work today to find her by the schedule that was taped to the wall complaining about her duties. If she wanted to be a healer at all she would have to get used to the work.

The thing was she probably didn't even earn the job.

Her dad was an extremely rich wizard which meant she probably bought her way in. She was also beautiful, a girl many people would find hard to say no to.

That just made Ivy even angrier.

"Can you please just SHUT UP!" Ivy snapped.

The girl looked offended.

"Do you know who I am?" she asked.

"A very annoying person who doesn't deserve this job?" Ivy suggested.

"I AM THE DAUGHTER OF ABRAXAS MALFOY YOU MORON!" the girl shouted.

Ivy suddenly realized she had never gotten the girl's name.

"Well if you're a Malfoy, what's your name?" she asked.

"Or are you to busy with your little daddy that you forgot?" she added with a smirk.

The girl looked, if possible, even more offended.

"My name is Claire Malfoy." she said.

Oh yeah. Ashley's little sister. Apparently she wasn't as nice as her.

"And you? What's your name?" Annabeth snarled.

"Ivory Scamander." Ivy said.

"You're related to that author guy then! His book is sooooo bad, don't you agree?" Claire asked with a smirk.

Ivy clenched her fists. She was not about to punch this girl in the face in front of everyone. She wasn't going to ruin her reputation because of a Malfoy. She just wasn't. It wasn't worth it.

"Easy for you to say, your family kidnapped him." Ivy said just above a whisper.

"What?" Annabeth asked.

"ARE YOU DEAF?!" Ivy screamed.

Claire gave Ivy a huff and began to walk away.

But she wasn't fast enough.

Ivy grabbed her wrist and turned her around so she was facing her.

"Don't you EVER talk about my family that way again do you understand?" she asked.

When Claire didn't answer she screamed.

"DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!"

Claire nodded and tried to leave, but before she could, Ivy slapped her hard across her face.

Claire looked at her stunned.

"HOW DARE YOU DAMAGE MY PRETTY FACE YOU MORON HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GO OUTSIDE LIKE THIS!" she screamed at Ivy.

Ivy shrugged.

"Too bad."

She then turned around to find her boss staring down at her.

Ivy gulped.

"Scamander." her boss said slowly, the word dripping like venom.

"My office. Now."

Ivy nodded and followed her boss to her office. She could see Claire's satisfied look.

She wasn't going to show how scared she was. Even if she got fired.

"Sit." Ivy's boss Helen said and pointed to a chair in her office.

Ivy did as she was told and sat down.

Helen sighed.

"Well Ms. Scamander." she said in the same voice as before.

"I've...heard that you punched your new coworker Ms. Malfoy?"

"Slapped." Ivy muttered under her breath.

"What was that?" Helen asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Nothing."

"Why did you punch her?"

Silence.

Ivy knew Helen had never liked her.

Not only was she homophobic but her family was part of the sacred 28, meaning she thought of the Scamander family as "blood traitors."

If she could chose she would fire Ivy first chance she got.

But she never got a chance.

Ivy always followed the rules.

Except for now.

"She was saying bad things about my family." Ivy replied simply, not bothering to come up with a better excuse even though Helen hated her family anyway.

"That's not a reason to punch someone, Scamander." Helen said with a smirk on her face.

Ivy had always thought she looked a lot like Grindelwald when she smirked. It had always creeped her out, especially after she was kidnapped.

Not the most friendly boss if you say so.

"I would fire you for this extremely violent action, but seeing as you have never broken the rules before, I will spare you. But see this as the first and last time." Helen continued.

Ivy nodded.

"Yes ma'am."

"Very well, you will be suspended for a week, no complaining." Helen said shortly, the smirk still there.

"Yes ma'am." Ivy said once again, not showing her relief.

She could've been fired!

How bad Helen may be, she still used logic. Although mostly for her own good.

Had she fired Ivy for this she would've been in more trouble than Ivy herself. But that didn't matter.
