I have a car but I don't know how to drive

After a long time of searching for a way out, Jaffery finally found the exit. Unlike the other two exists, this one was only suited for a single skinny person to pass through. This exit door was behind the counter in this bar and one could easily tell that this exit was for staff use only just like the way it had been illustrated on top of it.

"Now!" Jaffery run for the door while the liquor bottles behind him were shattered by the claws of the corrupted beasts but Jaffery didn't care as his eyes were redened with anticipation. This was the only exit remaining. If he missed this chance, then he would have no other way out.

Fortunately to Jaffery's luck, he found the door was still opened as the staff that escaped through this door was too appalled that they forgot to close it.

Full of determination, Jaffery barged in before he close the door behind him. He had left the corrupted beasts far behind him just to have this moment, yes. He calculated everything since if he was a little bit late, he wouldn't have had a chance to close it.

Huff! Huff! Huff!

"That was almost close!" Jaffery's heart was in his throat as he panted heavily. Right now, he had allowed himself to fall lazily on the floor of the other side of the door as he thanked the heavens for giving him another chance.

"My body is so painful. I feel like I can die the next moment. I need to get to the hospital." Jaffery said to himself but his body was not listening. Previously when he was surrounded by the beasts, he was mainly acting because of his strong will but now that there was no stress of the beasts following behind him, Jaffery's body could not help but want to shut down. Jaffery knew that if he allowed himself to close his eyes, he would never wake up to see another day but he didn't have the energy to fight this strong force which was pulling him to the nether.

"I have to save Shamim! Victor could not have her when I am still alive and even if I die, I would not have peace." Jaffery tried to convince himself to remain awake but he couldn't manage the fight, he was slowly drowning a minute by a minute.

Clank! Clank! Clank!

Jaffery first heard the sound of metal striking metal before it was followed by other scratching sounds as if they were countless corrupted beasts trying to claw the door out so that they could get in and have the enticing meal behind the door.

Jaffery who was drowning was suddenly awake, yes wide awake. He tilted his head and stared behind him at the closed door and there, he could see an eye staring back at him through the gouged hole on the door.

"They are already here. They can't even allow me to have a rest." Jaffery stood up sluggishly and pressed on the buttons of the elevator before him with his hands shaking like mad. The corrupted beasts were banging on the door madly upon realizing that Jaffery was escaping.

"Open the lock you son of a bitch! Your Daddy wants to use the elevator, allow him to use it or else you will get countless spankings on that butt of yours. Open now. Open now motherfucker!" Jaffery took a glance behind him and he could see that the groove was widening as time goes. 

"I don't have much time." At last moment when Jaffery thought that he was now truly goona die, the elevator opened and he shoved himself in before the elevator door closed behind him by itself. Jaffery could even see that one of the beast had managed to get through the gap created on where the exit door was. This beats could only cry in disappointment when it saw the elevator door close taking Jaffery with it.

The elevator that Jaffery took was unique because it was only used by the staff and it only had two destinations, that was the bar that Jaffery was in earlier and the warehouse on the ground floor. 

After Jaffery exited from the warehouse, he could see countless corpses of beasts together with humans. The maimed cars were all over the place in the streets as some had struck on each other and others struck other things while some were just stranded on the traffic jam created by this whole mess.

The city was silent and Jaffery could not even hear the distant night clubs music that were usually heard all over the city especially at nights. Jaffery could also see that the windows of the vehicles had been shattered because the corrupted beasts which sensed that humans had hidden in their cars, shattered them just to reach to these humans.

" Where can Shamim's group have gone to? Or are they still in the club building?" Jaffery asked himself but he suddenly saw a piece of Shamim's dress on the ground. He bent down and picked it up and he could see that this piece of fabric was splattered all over by blood but Shamim's corpse was not in sight which made Jaffery's agitated heart to calm down.

"With this, I am sure that they came out of the club house, but what happened to Shamim?" When this question surfaced in Jaffery's mind, he started to panic.

"No, I have to calm down. Shamim is in good hands and what I should do now is to go find her, no, I have to go to the hospital. Aargh! Let me just look for Shamim first and then I will go to the hospital later." 

Jaffery was lucky because there was no live corrupted beast on sight so, he walked sluggishly before he spotted a green Range Rover sport in front of him. Jaffery could see a half eaten human head popping out of the slightly opened door of the range Rover but he was not unsettled as he had seen too much for himself this night. He was even stepping on top of the corpses right now.

"In this situation, a range rover is the most recommended car that can get me out of this place safely. It seems that the heavens also don't want me to die." Jaffery neared the car and watched it carefully before he drew out his cleaver. His instinct was telling him that something was not right.

And he was right, the moment that Jaffery opened the front car door, the rest of the skeleton of the half eaten head dropped from the car and a corrupted beast with blood all over its face jumped on him but because Jaffery was prepared, he easily decapitate the beast.

Jaffery got out his phone and switched on the torch of the phone before he used it to inspect the vehicle, after he saw that there was no other corrupted beast hiding inside, he heaved a sigh and sat on the driver's seat.

"I never thought that I would drive an expensive car like this one in my life. What a turn of events." Jaffery was not even happy because of this especially when he glanced outside and saw the owner of the car who was wholly eaten and it was only his skeleton and a half eaten head that remained.

One should also know that the car was in right condition, the fuel tank was full and also the key was still in its place.

Jaffery closed all the windows as he didn't like the gruesome sight that was outside. This car's windows were resilient so they were still not shattered by the corrupted ones. It seemed that the owner was just tooo afraid in that he thought that he was not safe inside the car so he wanted to run into the club but who would have thought that a corrupted beast was just waiting for this moment, what a shame.

Anyway, Jaffery scratched the back of his head awkwardly not knowing what to do. Even if the car had everything needed, Jaffery didn't knew how to drive a car. He could only sit on the driver's sit as he inspected everything around the car keenly.

"I have to go search for Shamim but where could they have gone to? How will I drive this car with my zero experience with cars? If I decide to remain inside this car without doing anything, I will die because of my wounds which need to be taken care of. Where will I start from?"
