"Do you remember now?"
Ivan looked at the vacation house that Jeremiah and their families would come to. Though they hadn't been here since they were children.
Not to mention his father has been so busy preparing to become the leader, and that started a few years ago.
Jeremiah and him just graduated, and with that came this marriage. His family put aside their endeavors and plans to plan such an extravagant wedding. Just for it to mean nothing in Ivan's mind.
"I do." Ivan sighed in annoyance, walking up the steps as Jeremiah watched nervously.
"Are you...excited?" He tried to help carry Ivan's bags too until he pulled them away from him quickly. "Because I am. We haven't been here in almost a decade. Isn't that crazy?"
Ivan didn't respond, honestly just wondering how they'd get inside. He stood before the door as he tried to look inside the place.
Only to watch the door open itself, revealing multiple servants who were quick to take their things.
"We already have everything set for the two of you, newlyweds, congratulations." One servant smiled happily at them, only for it to falter at how awkward Jeremiah was being.
Just to see Ivan walking past all of them.
"You don't have to congratulate us. I just want to know what are the nearest fun things to do? Clubs wise? I want to do something fun. This place used to look so fun as a child, and now?" Ivan snorted, plopping down on the couch in exasperation.
Jeremiah sighed, looking at the servants now only to be startled at them all already staring at him. He became shy under their stares as he looked away nervously, but he didn't realize again how endearing they found that to be.
They could tell he was an Alpha, but him behaving in such a way was not something they were used to seeing. It was a breath of fresh air.
"I'm sorry..." Jeremiah whispered quietly, about to turn around to close door only to see it was already closed by one of them. "I don't know what's set. Is there something that was planned for us? We came not knowing what was to come."
"Of course! We made you special dinner and set up your master bedroom on the third floor. This is a room Alpha Grey stated was once you and Ivan's playroom?" The man asks curiously. Jeremiah beginning to grin at the memory of how huge the play room was...and the balcony that came with it. "I assume you do?"
"I do, yes... I bet it looks amazing."
"If I do say so myself, yes." The servant nodded ecstatically as the others joined along.
Jeremiah becoming more excited by the very idea of it, only to frown.
"What's the matter, Mister...?"
"You can just call me Jeremiah, but I never asked you, I'm sorry. What's your name?"
Ivan watched from where he sat, seeing the way all the servants practically gawked at Jeremiah.
How he spoke to them all in such a manner. The way they all flocked to him and despite how awkward he was, he was somehow managing there.
"My name is George, nothing special. Everyone else's names are-."
"Jeremiah."
All eyes moved onto Ivan who got up from the couch. He saw Jeremiah begin to look nervous again.
"Come with me. How much time until our dinner is ready?"
"Maybe two hours, give or take thirty minutes."
