Argh... My head hurts so much. I can't stand up properly since I still have a hangover from what I did last night.

Since my driver picked me up, I drank from the minibar at home again.

Last night, there was something about that girl that I wanted to know, and my sleep was affected because of thinking about her.

"Amira, anak? gising ka na ba?" Manang Tess knocked on my door, which is why I got up to open it.

I saw her with soup, water, and medicine for a headache. "Thank you, Manang." I said to her and opened the door of my room wide so she could enter. Manang Tess put down the tray, placed it on my table, and left.

After finishing eating, I showered and brushed my teeth. Then, I dried my hair and pinned it up because I knew it was too hot now. Juliana and I plan to go to the mall later, she's going grocery shopping, and knowing her, she doesn't know how to grocery shop.

I can't say no to her because I miss her. How come she was MIA for 6 months, and now she suddenly appears?

"Manang pa sabi kay Mommy na, I'm going out with Juliana to go to the mall," I said as I grabbed my car keys. Without waiting for Manang's response, I headed to the parking lot.

"Good morning my insan!" Bati ni Jade sa akin, sabay halik sa pisngi ko.

Anong ginagawa niya dito? naka damit din ito pang-alis. "Saan punta mo?" tanong niya sa akin at tiningnan suot ko.

I'm wearing high-waisted black pants because I'm pairing them with a white fitted crop top that accentuates the shape of my body, and I'm completing the look with white shoes.

"I'll just go with Juliana to the mall to go grocery shopping," I told her with a shrug. "Eh, what about you? What are you doing here?" I asked her.

"I would like to come with you. I will also go shopping because I am bored at home," She said with a frown.

"Okay, do you want to join us?" I asked when I invited her. She nodded and followed me to my car.

"Anyway, is it okay for Juliana to accompany me on your walk?" Tanong niya sa akin, while fastening her seat belt.

"Yep, there is no issue with her. Why?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

Juliana doesn't mind if my cousin is with me sometimes when we both go for a walk because she is comfortable with them.

And take note, iisa lang din naman circle of friends namin.

"Nope, maybe you're going on a date. Then I hung up. What if you've made a comeback? Like it's been 5 years, right?" I just nodded in response to her question about if we had been separated for 5 years.

"Yep, it's been 5 years since we broke up. But there won't be a comeback. Juliana and I have a platonic relationship and we should just stay as friends." Sagot ko sa kanya.

She just nodded at me and started playing music in my car.

At alam ko nag kakamabutihan na si Juliana at ang pinsan ko, ewan ko din ba kay Jade at masyadong bulag sa mga nangyayari sa paligid niya.

"Do you have a crush on someone?" She suddenly asked me, kaya na pa isip naman agad ako kung meron ba.

"I have someone I'm interested in" I smiled at her question as I remembered the girl in the parking lot and the theater yesterday.

"Ohh... It looks like there is, and you're smiling like a fool," She looked at me with a grimace, so I just laughed at her. "So what's her or his name?" Tanong niya sa akin, curious, and turned off the music in the car to better hear what I had to say.
