'Holyyyy crap my head hurts... Where am I?'

Everything was white. Akemi found herself in a room with white walls, a white floor, and a white ceiling. There were no doors or windows. She was alone.

The girl was uncertain of the time she had spent here. Her last memory was collapsing on the way to the Resistance camp, followed by the resurgence of strange and unfathomable memories. Since that moment, Akemi appeared to be incased within her own consciousness.

It was horrible. Akemi despised the feeling of being in such a closed space. And what's worse is that while she was here, Aether and Paimon are probably trying their hardest to solve all problems here. It sucks.

"God- this hurts my eyes. Does it kill a person to have some variety in here!?!?" Akemi mumbled, the agitation in her voice evident. She rubs her hand against her forearm, attempting to reassure herself. "Helloooo?!" She shouts, but her voice only echoed off the walls.

Akemi Scoffs, walking around the empty room to find some clues about where she was. "This is so annoying~ If I knew this is what would've happened when I lost my vision to that- evil Raiden Shogun, I would've tried even harder plus a thousand and one!" She complains, feeling up the walls in search for an exit.

"Giving up and running away was an option too- but like hell I'd do that!" Akemi eyes then wandered down to her clothing, which for some reason had changed from her regular soldier-like clothing to a blue floral kimono shirt and a Hakama skirt reaching her knees. "And what the hell is with this cute change in clothes!?"

It was a stressful moment to say the least when Akemi was made to make that choice. However, there was no chance of turning back time, Akemi had to continue going forward. Whenever that was.

Akemi knew this, and she sighed. "Aether, Paimon. You better not mess anything up I swear..."

"They're fine. You should worry about yourself if anything."

The mage spun around swiftly at the voice's echo.

Before her stood a familiar, dark, menacing shadow with the rough outline of a human. Akemi frowned, scrutinizing the figure with uncertainty.

"You..." Akemi mumbled, her eyes narrowing as she folds her arms. She wasted no time with getting straight to the point and starts questioning it.  "So, who are you, and where are we?"

"Never mind all that. All I'm here to do is check on you. You received a memory that you weren't supposed to, after all. I have to deal with that." The shadow speaks as it settles into a seat.

Akemi looked on in bewilderment as the shadow moved. The room had no elaborate decorations; it was merely an expanse of white emptiness, offering her no choice but to remain standing.

"So, tell me everything you remembered. For your information, you have no right to them, and I'd prefer if you forgotten." The shadow said, ignoring how Akemi was on her knees next to her attempting to comprehend the physics behind the way it was sitting.

She would wave a hand under her, then crawled under her. The pyro user even blew a fire, but there was no evidence of the shadow sitting on anything, despite it's perfect sitting posture,

But when Akemi tried to copy her actions, she easily fell to the ground. "Oof!"

The shadow sighs, turning to Akemi on the floor with what was most like one of annoyance as she spoke. "Can you stop fooling around?" She demands in a stern tone.

Akemi tensed up at the stare; it was an intimidating sigh to be glared at by such an ominous entity. The girl quickly sat up, shuffling back in a panicked manner, "Y-yeah... Sorry."
