I woke up to denki hugging me. I sat up. He squirmed. I felt something in my chest as I watched him sleep. Something warm and light. Made me feel confident. I brushed the hair out of his face. His eyes fluttered open.

K- you watching me sleep? You weirdo.

S- oh shut it I was not.

K- liar.

He sat up and kissed my cheek.

K- are you ready to see Izzy?

S- I'm nervous.

K- you really want this don't you?

S- it's all new and I'm scared. But...I'm on the fence about it.

He put his hand on my shoulder. I turned to him.

K- you got this shins.

S- thanks Kami.

Our foreheads pressed together. I sighed.

K- let's go.

S- alright.

He went to his room to get ready and I got ready in my own. 30 minutes later he came back.

K- ready?

S-nope but let's go.

He held my hand and we went down stairs. The whole class was back from school? Already? I guess our sleep schedule has been messed up lately. I felt his hand shaking. He was nervous. I looked at him. I whispered.

S- it's ok. I'm not going anywhere else.

He nodded and led the way while everyone was glancing at us silently. We made it past them and went out the door.

K- that was scary.

S-but you did it.

K- thanks to you.

I chuckled.

S- your welcome?

We got in a taxi. He fell asleep on my lap. I ran my fingers through his hair getting an occasional zap but I didn't mind. 10 minutes later we were there. I kissed his forehead and he woke up. We got out of the car. I stared at the orphanage. I got flashbacks of all the times I've been here....and the first time.

Flashback
