Are we more than friends?

A call

I woke up to feel arms around me. Was yesterday even real? I just wanted to be gone.

A- morning.

He stood from the floor where mic was still sleeping. I turned to see eri curled up behind me. She shivered and I held her close and ran my fingers through her hair.

A-I'll make  some breakfast.

I sighed and nodded. I wasn't hungry. I dragged my self out of bed after questioning whether to go back to bed or not.

S- you all slept in my room? Why?

A- we all missed you that's all.

He handed me a cup of coffee.

I sat down and  sighed.

M- good morning.  I think eri likes your bed more than her own. She's still sleeping.

I tried to smile in response but failed.  I was meet with eggs and pancakes. Something took over me and I started to cry. I felt mic and azawia hug me.

M- it's ok..shhhh it's ok.

S- I'm so sorry...it's all my fault. I'm just sorry.

A- you don't need to apologize son.

They sat down next to me.

M- we just want to know...how? When how long?

A- we know it's gonna be hard to talk about but we wanna be there and understand.

Mic rubbed my back as i tried to calm down.

S- it started...

I gulped.

S- 9 months ago.

A- so about a month into the hero course. So 8 months? How often? Sorry you don't have to-

S- every day for 7 months.

They gasped. Mic was holding back tears.

S- it's fine..it..it's my fault.

A-no...no..

I turned to him.

A-I can't anymore.

He got up and grabbed his phone.

S- dad? What no! To many people know. Denk told me you told the class. Please don't!

He grabbed his phone ignoring me with pure rage on his face .

A- hello Cheif. Yes I need your help.  

Mic ran to him in disbelief

M- shota what are you doing?

A- it-yes I am fine it s h my son he has been  raped

he needs help..

The rest of the words faded as reality set back in. Some times i forget this is my life not some story. F he is taking to who I think he is then things were about to get a lot more serious than before
