ELENA BEGAN TO STIR, her eyelids fluttering as she slowly regained consciousness. Valentina gave her a pleading look, but Elena ignored her and got up to go and eavesdrop better. She sighed before carefully getting up from her seat and following after her. "So, you called him?" Valentina heard Trevor ask from the other room, sounding nervous.

"No, I called one of his contacts," Rose replied to her friend. "You know how this works." They were making the Originals seem like some type of vampire mafia, Valentina thought to herself.

"Did you or did you not get the message to Elijah?" Valentina froze at his question and turned to look at Kol who seemed to relax to hear Elijah's name rather than Klaus'. Valentina didn't know much about the other Mikaelson siblings so she had no idea what to expect but Kol seemed almost relieved to hear Elijah's name.

"They say he got it," Rose replied.

"Wonderful, and what?" Trevor questioned.

The woman sighed and rolled her eyes. "So, that's it, Trevor. He either got it or he didn't. We just have to wait."

"Look, it's not too late. We can leave it here. We don't have to go through this," he said nervously.

"I'm sick of running!" she exclaimed.

"Yeah? Well, running keeps us from dying."

Elena accidentally made one of the boards squeak, making Rose turn to look at the two girls. "You! There's nothing around here for miles. If you think you're getting out of this house, you're tragically wrong. Understand?"

"Who's Elijah?" Elena asked.

"He's your worst nightmare."

Elena and Valentina shared a worried look as Rose entered another room. The two girls didn't have much choice but to follow her. "Why are we here?" Elena asked.

"You keep asking me these questions like I'm gonna answer them," Rose replied. She started putting on the lights in the room, almost as if she was trying to make the house seem more clean than it was.

"Why won't you?"

"That's another one," Rose called and moved a painting in front of the window. "You got us, okay? It's not like we can go anywhere. The least you can do is tell us what you want with us," Elena walked further into the room.

"I personally want nothing; I'm just a delivery service," Rose answered and turned to look at Valentina. "And your friend here just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time."

"Sounds like my luck," she muttered to herself.

"Delivery to who? Elijah?" Elena questioned.

"Two points to the eavesdropper."
