PRATHAM'S POV

"Pratham, you have to attend a party tonight."

Bhai stated in a serious voice, I signed everyone knows I never liked attending parties, whether it's a business party or a family function.

"Bhai, is it really important? I mean, I don't want to,"

I asked calmly while looking at him. His expression didn't change a bit, and he slowly started to open his mouth, probably to utter something.

"If it is not, then I wouldn't tell you to go. I know you don't like this, but this is important, and I have some other important clients to attend; that's why I don't go there."

He uttered, rubbing his temple; he's kind of looking a little tensed. I furrowed my eyebrows, trying to understand his expression.

"Is everything okay, bhai?"

He shifted his gaze from the table and looked at me. He blinked his lashes twice, like he wanted to say something.

"Everything is fine; don't stress yourself, and Avyansh will be there as well. I know you both can make the opponent shut their mouth perfectly."

He said with a hint of pride in his voice, but no one can beat him when it comes to his work; only one person can make him kneel down in front of her, and she is Bhabhi.

He can't defeat her; he is like a puppy ready to get her love anytime, anywhere, and he's so possessive about her that even he is jealous of Samarth.

"Puru," My chain of thoughts broke with his voice. I lifted my lashes to look at him and slightly shook my head to avoid my thoughts.

"Yes, bhai!" I uttered and waited for him to continue. Without saying anything, he kept watching me with a blank expression.

"Why do you both keep looking at each other like you never did before?" Avyansh muttered in frustration. We both snapped our heads towards him, and he looked annoyed with our behaviour.

"Nothing," I said while looking at him. He raised his right eyebrow, like, seriously, bro. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

I'm serious, Avi."

I stated and turned to face Bhai. He is just looking at us like nothing is happening here because we all get used to it.

"But you guys are ignoring me," Avyansh muttered in an annoying tone. I signed and closed my eyes to calm myself.

"We are not ignoring you,"

I started to open my eyes and directly looked at Bhai; he was just looking at us with a slight smile on his face.

"Bhai, there is something else?"

I asked, so that I could leave if there was nothing important to discuss. He leaned backwards on his chair, rested his back, and joined both hands.

"No, we can discuss other things later, and we both have to leave for around 9 p.m. so that you can reach there by 11 p.m."

He uttered, picking up the file I brought with me. It's a very important project, and where are they going? They are trying their best to work with us, no matter what.

He is Mr. Chauhan; to be honest, I never liked him. He is someone who can do anything to get profit, and that thing pissed me off.

And that's why I tried to avoid even facing him, and because of this, Bhai and Avyansh talk to him if there is anything related to work.
