Riley had successfully maintained her new oath even though it came at the expense of her team. They had lost both home games Friday and Saturday in part due to Riley's elusive behavior towards James. James, for her part, had followed Riley's example and kept her distance. And despite the double loss, Riley was feeling successful Saturday night yet she craved distraction now that she was safely away from James. Which meant she caved to Kenny's pleas to play dress up and allowed her to pick an outfit for her while Kenny prepared to go out for the night. Their five fellow second-year's were hosting a small party on campus and had invited Riley and Kenny. Kenny, as usual, was meeting Tyler there, but until then, Riley was enjoying the one-on-one time. Ultimately Riley had let Kenny pick out a short mini skirt and low cut v-neck shirt with kitten heels for her to wear. Kenny then donned a similar outfit only with higher heels and a deeper cut v-neck to accentuate her smaller chest. Despite her generally athletic build, Riley did have a bigger chest and often hid her 32dd breasts which meant she was feeling a tad exposed in her outfit. Self consciously pulling her top up and her skirt down while Kenny tried to convince Riley to wear makeup for once, Riley heard her phone go off in her bedroom. Begrudgingly agreeing to wear mascara, and only mascara, Riley slipped into her room to check her phone and nearly dropped it. Riley contemplated leaving her phone right where it was all night but couldn't quite resist knowing what James had said. Flipping her phone over she read the text asking what she was doing tonight. Responding quickly, Riley explained her plans and went to place her phone back down but was interrupted by the sound of another text. James again. Asking what Riley was wearing to the party. Riley fought a smirk as she described her outfit. And again James responded almost instantly and this time asked for a picture. Blushing, Riley considered her response for a moment then caved and snapped a picture and sent it before she could change her mind.
"I need to see you" was all James wrote back. Riley stared at her phone, mind racing.
Then another text "Meet me at the rink in ten minutes". Riley knew she shouldn't. Knew she should say she was busy and couldn't. But she wanted to. She wanted to see James. And she wanted James to see her in this outfit.
Unable to resist, she responded "ok" then thought of an excuse to tell Kenny.
