"New yorkkk, concrete jungle were dreams are made of!" me and Alice sang as we drove To Ophelia's house
"these streets will make you feel brand new-" I sang
"-big lights will inspire youuuuu" Alice sang back
We were on our way to Ophelia's house because there is a party at Autumn's place , Ophelia Stays in the same street as me and Alice so we driving with her
Though Alice is the one driving because she's the only one with a license in our group.
"Girlsssss" Ophelia screamed when we parked in front of her house, she was so nice I couldn't hate her even if I tried, Jealous of her? . Yes. Yes I'm jealous of her.
"I brought tequila" she sang holding up a flusk and taking out a shot glass
She poured for me first I took a shot then passed the glass to Alice, she took a shot then Ophelia was last.
"damn, our liver is gonna be destroyed be the time we 20" I laughed
"and we'll continue drinking even then" Ophelia said flipping her hair
We laughed as we got back in the car
"I also brought weed gummies" she said taking them out.
"that's were I draw the line thooooo" I whined cause she knew that, everyone knew that. I don't do weed, or any drugs.
"I know sweetie, that's why I got your own special ones"She said taking out a lollipop
" Really?! What's in it" I excited
"well since you don't do drugs/weed, I made this with a bit of cough syrup and a bit of everything actually" She said with a smile
God I love Ophelia
When I say I don't do drugs I mean the big stuff like weed, meth, coke or heroine. I do the small stuff like medicine.
"Omg, I love you so much!" I said pulling her in a hug as we got to Autumn's house
"What about me?" Alice whisperd with a sad voice
"girl, you went down a rabbit hole. I think you high enough already" I said rolling my eyes
"but you the one who sang "Mad hatter" so you obsessed with me" she said getting out of the car
"girl what does that have to do with this conversation?" Ophelia
"oh so now you ganging up on me?" She said fake crying then ran into Autumn's place
Me and Ophelia's stayed behind and laughed
"Do you think River is here?" I asked Ophelia , slightly hoping River was here even after what she did I just couldn't help want to see her
"Yes, she said she's coming" she said holding her hand out, I took her hand as we walked into the house. She put her other hand in her pocket and took out the 'sweets', she handed me my lollipop and She took out hers.
"Can you please help me find River?" She asked
"yeah okay" me and her looked around for River but we couldn't find her. We did however find my group of friends, we chilled for an hour or so before Ophelia started to feel sick and had to go home, she had to call her mom tho because everyone else at the party was either high, or drunk. Or both.
After Ophelia left, River arrived 30 minutes later. I was already high at the time but not too high because the cough syrup isn't really strong but I was drinking a bit so I was tipsy too.
"we'res Ophelia?" River said walking up to be no 'hi, how are you'
"she had to leave cause she was sick" I replied
"let's go sit by the pool and smoke" she said taking my hand in hers
I looked down at our hands and smiled, getting butterflies in my stomach
"sure" I said and River led the way
We finally got to the pool side and River took a sit at one of the chairs, as I was about to sit down she pulled me to her lap
"river, you have a girlfriend. What if she sees/hears about this?" I asked but still straddled her lap
"it's okay she won't" She started rubbing her hand on my exposed thighs since I was wearing a dress
My face was now in her hair and my arms around her
She smelt like vanilla and a tang of cinnamon, as her hand kept rubbing my thighs my stomach did flips after flips.
Backflips, front flips, side flips even handstands
She start slowly kissing my neck. The people around us didn't really care, and we both knew no one was gonna tell Ophelia because everyone here minds their business or their bus would be out.
Me and River started talking about random things. I almost asked her why she chose Ophelia over me but I'd rather cut the grass with nail clippers than ask that.
I had fallen asleep on her when I felt someone tap my shoulder, waking me up
"girl get the fuck up" Alice said
Alice? I looked around to see that I was no longer by the pool with River but instead in Alice's bedroom. And her windows were wide open giving me more of a headache
"fuck wonderland" I whisperd to Alice as I got of the bed
"rivers calling" she called for me as I walked to the bathroom
Ughhhhh, what does she want now
I fetched my phone and answered it
"hey beautiful" she said when I answered the phone
"no River, you have a girlfriend that you love and all that, please leave me alone. I don't wanna be hated or a homewreker" I said before ending the call
