"Yunah, I'm so sorry!" Y/n walked into their evening class apologizeing.

As expected.

"Its whatever," Yunah coldly replied.

Yunah didn't have an ounce of tolerance for Y/n's behavior.

You could blame her environment for that. Once someone hurts you then there's no coming back. No redemption. You're forever a bad person.

- Y/N POV -

"There is 4 other girls in that household. Anyone of them could have taken care of her," Yunah kept walking away from me while I was trying to talk to her.

"Excuse me?!" I responded a bit offended.

Yunah was acting like I shouldn't care or take any responsibility for the girls.

"They're my family!" I unconsciously grabbed Yunah's wrist and pulled her back towards me.

"All of a sudden. I thought you weren't picking sides?" Yunah coldly snatched her arm away from me.

I didn't like that kind of disrespect towards the girls. So, I tried to calm down... but it didn't work... the second I opened my mouth...

It was like a declaration of war.

"This might be foreign to you, but that's not how family works. You don't have to agree with them to care for them. Just because that's how your family works, that doesn't me that's how we work."

- Minji POV -

"This looks bad," Haerin said as we watched Y/n and Yunah fight from afar.

While Hanni and Dani were taking care of the baby back home, Haerin and I were keeping tabs on Y/n.

Y/n didn't know, but we still kept tabs on them everywhere they went. Even on dates. We just weren't as obvious about it because we didn't want Y/n to think that we didn't trust them.

Haerin and I watched as Yunah walked away and Y/n's head dropped.

"Oh, that's not a good sign," I mumbled as we saw Y/n walking in our direction... Pushing Haerin to jump up a wall to hide...

"You can stop hiding," Y/n suddenly spotted us.

Haerin and I were surprised, but not too surprised. We both jumped off the wall and made our way to talk to Y/n.

"Where's Yunah?" I sighed, a bit concerned.

"She left. She told me I chose a side the second I stood her up and then she walked away," Y/n took a deep breath.

"Wait- how did you know we were here?" Haerin looked confused.

- Haerin POV -

"I'm not an idiot. I know what unwanted presence feels like," Y/n explained as we walked to the train station.

"Why haven't you said anything then?" Minji asked as she locked her arm with Y/n's.

"Eh, I find it kind of comforting. Feels just like old times," Y/n exhaled.

All three of us ended up taking the train back home in silence. It was kind of uncomfortable to see Y/n so... ummm... unemotional.

The whole train ride Y/n just had a blank expression on their face.

When we arrived home, the rest of the girls were already asleep. Though it looked like leaving Hanni and Dani alone with Hyein for a few hours had been eventful.

"Haerin?" Minji unnie gasped when we walked into Hyein's room.

My jaw dropped. I shook my head in disbelief and decided to just head to bed. "We'll deal with this tomorrow," I sighed out.

- Y/N POV -

I couldn't sleep all night, so I ended up going to school early the next day. Focusing on school felt like the only way to distract my heart.

I was just making my way to the main entrance of the school when I suddenly came to a stop.

There were 4 oddly familiar girls looking really suspicious by the entrance.

They looked like Punks.

"I'm pretty sure Y/n goes in this way," I heard on of the girls say.

"Yeah, the train station Yunah unnie talked about is right over there," Another one stated.

"Shit, Yunah must have ratted me out..," I thought to myself.

"Look! There's Y/n!" One of suddenly spotted me.

I didn't know what else to do, so I took off running.

"Y/N, WAIT!" One of the girls called out by name.

I wasn't about to find out what they wanted, so I jumped a nearby fence and bolted my way back home.

"Y/N, HOLD UPP!!" The Punks were managing to keep up with me.

"WE JUST WANT TO TALK!" They wouldn't let up the chase.

So, I started climbing an intersection pillar to get to higher ground.
