Narrator

While Minji was trying to get Y/n away from Yunah, Hanni was wondering where the hell Minji was.

"They left around noon. You'd think they'd be home by now," Danielle told a stressed-out Hanni.

"Wherever she is... she better make it on time...," Hanni was annoyed.

- Hanni POV -

The one time we actually had to go to school, Minji was nowhere to be found. She wouldn't even pick up her phone.

"I'm sure they'll be here soon, Unnie," Hyein tried to ease my nerves.

"We're here!!" We suddenly heard Minji screaming from the back door.

"Where the hell have you been? We have a showcase!" I rushed over to confront her.

"Yeah, I'm not going to that," Minji sounded uninterested.

"What do you mean you're not going?! The one time we actually have to go to school, you don't want to go?" I had no patience for whatever mood Minji was in.

"School?" Y/n suddenly walked into the house confused.

"Minji, we have a reputation to uphold. This isn't a choice!" I started raising my voice.

"Are you guys gonna go beat someone up or something?" Y/n looked at everyone really confused.

"No, they have a showcase at their school. It's majority of their grade so it's really important," Dani answered Y/n.

"Their school? I have NEVER seen any of you go to school!" Y/n started laughing.

"What the hell do you think we're doing when we're not following you around?" I joined the conversation once I heard that.

"I don't know," Y/n shrugged.

"Urgh, whatever. I need Minji to hurry up," I tried to focus on my goal again.

"MINJI, LETS GO!!" I yelled throughout the house.

"I got it," Y/n suddenly walked over to my shared room with Minji.

"Yo!" Y/n knock on the bedroom door.

"You made me go to school when I was scared to run into Yunah. Now you have to go to school! I don't care what damn excuse you got!" Y/n yelled through the door.

As Y/n did that, I noticed something odd about Y/n. I couldn't tell was it was... but something seemed different...

"Minji, it's either you go to school or I go back to school. I'm sure Yunah is still roaming around the campus!" Y/n started to threaten.

"NOO!!" Minji abruptly opened the bedroom door and yelled.

It was then that I noticed what was odd.

Y/n was wearing Minji's jacket.

Y/n wasn't one to borrow our things. So, I was curious as to what had happened for Minji to even offer up her jacket or for Y/n to accept the offer.

"I'll go. You stay put," Minji looked genuinely angry.

Not in the annoyed or playful way she usually was, but in the genuinely did not want Y/n to leave the house way.

"C'mon Pham," Minji grabbed a hoodie hanging over our back door and pulled me out the house with her.

- Haerin POV -

I walked out of the shower a bit confused about what all the fuss was about, but when I finally changed and walked out into the common area...

It was all calm again.

"Are you guys going to school with them too?" Y/n suddenly asked Hyeinie and Danielle.

"We don't go to the same schools," Dani answered as she flipped through a magazine.

I was a bit confused on what had happened. Y/n had never asked about us going to school before. I wasn't even sure that Y/n knew that we went to school too.

"Why not?" Y/n furrowed their brows.

"Not everyone can get into the same universities, Sunbae!" Hyein sassed.

"What's going on?" I finally decided to ask.

"Nothing. I just learned you guys do other things besides stalk people," Y/n had a smart mouth on them early in the day.

"Well, yeah. We have a reputation to uphold," I was starting to wonder how Y/n thought it all worked.

Yes, we had the responsibility of keeping tabs on Y/n, but we also had the responsibility of running The Hooligans.

Which meant keeping a good public image to keep people from snooping into our business.

It was a common practice for all the youngins in our crew... And just any crew in general.

You keep a good clean reputation for the public to prevent any suspicions. It was also to ensure that everyone had a way out if they so chose to leave the group. That way they could get good jobs without any harm to their image.

Like our parents did.

Although it was a common practice for all crews, no one ever left their groups. Our crew was probably the only one who actually let their members leave whenever they wanted without any retaliation.

"That's true. We probably should go to school today," Danielle suggested.

"Oh, me too!" Hyein got really excited.

"So you three go to school together?" Y/n pointed at everyone in the room.

"No, Dani unnie goes to a different Uni," Hyeinie answered.

"Yup, so I guess I'll drop you off on my way," Dani walked over to grab the car keys.

"Ready?" She turned to ask me.

"Mhm," I hummed.

"Hyein, let's go!" She then hurried the maknae.

"And you... don't leave without supervision..," Danielle coldly turned to tell Y/n.

"And if I do?" Y/n smugly asked.

"Ha! You think it's bad for you now? Break the rules and see how much worse it gets," Dani playfully threatened Y/n.

I don't think Y/n knew she was playing though.
