Y/n and Sakura arrived at The Hooligans' home shortly after coming across Yunah. Y/n knew they should say something but opted not to for now.
"You're dismissed. Let me and Miyawaki-ssi talk in private," Minji immediately ordered.
Y/n gave the pair a respectful bow and joined the rest of the girls for dinner.
- Y/N POV -
"Hey, how was school?" Danielle greeted me with a kiss on the cheek when I walked into the kitchen.
"It was good," I kissed her back.
I knew that I should warn them that Yunah was back but I chose not to for now. Having Sakura around was a sensitive subject as it was.
"So, you're not actually dating the Yakuza girl, right?" Hanni suddenly yelled from the couch.
I raised an eyebrow at her and just chuckled.
I had yet to tell the girls that Miyawaki and I weren't actually dating. I had promised Sakura-ssi that I wouldn't say anything until she felt like she fully trusted the girls.
I figured that keeping it from the girls didn't hurt anyone anyway.
"C'mon, you're not that dumb, right?" Hanni popped her head up.
I smiled at how cute she looked and walked over to playfully pull the hat off her head.
"Hey!" She yelled before pulling me down onto the couch with her.
I flipped over from the back of the couch but thankfully landing on a fluffy Hanni.
"You're heavy!! Get off!!!" She whined.
"Your fault!" I tried to flip us over but we ended up rolling onto the floor... with Hanni accidentally straddling on my hips...
"Haha! I win!" Pham pinned me down to the floor.
"Unnie stop flirting with Sunbae," Hyein suddenly walked past us.
"I am not flirting!!" Pham squealed.
I didn't really care if she was or not. I was probably unconscious flirting too.
"Flirting!" Dani yelled from the kitchen.
"I am not!!" Hanni kept protesting.
"Unnie?" Hyein-ie looked over at Haerin.
"Totally flirting," Haerin answered without even taking her eyes off her DS.
"Uggghh!" Hanni rolled her eyes and let me go.
I sighed a little annoyed that the girls had ruined our fun. It wasn't often that I got to be playful with the girls. Most times they just expected me to follow their every order. So, it was fun to just have a friendship with them. Not just this weird situation we were in.
"We should've beaten you up when we first met you," Hanni scoffed.
"I would've liked that," I smirked.
- Minji POV -
"And why should I trust anything you say?" I coldly asked.
Miyawaki had explained her situation. She wanted to leave her Yakuza duties behind on good terms. All she needed was for us to give her a job at The KKMLP.
It made sense that a respectable organization like The Yakuza stayed away from big conglomerates. If they got involved and ruined a great business then they'd have a huge target on their back.
No one liked dealing with foreign officials and potentially getting busted for things you weren't even being suspected of.
"You trust Y/n, don't you?" Sakura-ssi raised an eyebrow at me.
"Not really," I honestly replied.
"Y/n has poor taste in girls," I huffed out as I poured myself a drink.
"You almost sound jealous, Soesaengnim," Miyawaki mocked.
I tightened my jaw and poured her a drink.
"No. I just like to have control over what's mine. And right now, Y/n is mine. Ours, I should say. We don't need Y/n getting deceived by someone like you again," I slammed the glass of scotch onto her chest.
"All it does is cause trouble," I downed the rest of my drink.
"Like that Yunah girl?" Miyawaki snickered.
- Miyawaki POV -
Minji-ssi suddenly froze for a second before keeping up her cold demeanor. It was cute to watch her act like she wasn't jealous.
"What do you know about her?" Miss Kim poured herself another drink.
"Not much. But we bumped into her today and Y/n really seemed to like her," I taunted.
I wanted to see how much Minji and The Hooligans really cared about Y/n.
"She's back?" Minji-ssi looked at me in shock.
"Guess so," I took a sip of my drink.
"We'll take care of her. You don't have to worry about that," Minji's demeanor suddenly turned tense.
It was clear that Yunah was not someone Minji wanted around Y/n.
"I'm not worried," I shrugged.
"Aren't you two dating? That's Y/n ex," I had forgotten that I told Y/n not to tell anyone the truth yet.
"Me? Worried about a Punk?" I laughed.
"Punks don't run in the same circle as ours. Why would I be worried about some low-level runner? I could make that girl go missing in an instant if she ever tried to lay a finger on MY Y/N again," I liked watching Miss Kim's blood start to burn up.
"Well, Y/n is ours. But fine," Minji set her glass down.
"I'll make you a deal," My ears perked right up.
"You keep Y/n away from Yunah and safe from any Punks while we verify the facts of your little story. If everything checks out then we'll see about helping you out," Minji-ssi coldly stated.
I tapped on my scotch glass while I thought about it.
Y/n didn't seem to need any protection. They could handle themselves quite well, but I guess it didn't hurt to keep an eye on them.
"Terms and conditions?" I asked.
"You have to report back any interaction they have or any mention of her name that comes out of Y/n's mouth. If Y/n gets hurt in any way then the deal is off," Minji was quick to answer.
"Do we have a deal?" She looked me straight in the eyes as she extended her hand.
"Deal," I took the offer.
