Smirks were being exchange across the room during a serious discussion. Everyone did their best to ignore it, but it was hard to when Minji started giggling.

"Is there something you two wanna share?" Hanni huffed.

*AHEM*

"No," Minji cleared her throat a bit.

"Well then pay attention," Danielle scolded.

- Minji POV -

Danielle and Hanni were proposing their plan on some property purchases for The Hooligans, but it was hard to concentrate when Y/n kept giving me looks.

"Y/n, do you want to be excused? You're not even required to be here. This is Hooligan business," Danielle started scolding Y/n when we became disruptive again.

"Sorry," Y/n mumbled.

"Okay. So, half of the properties on this block are for sale or about to be. We're thinking that if we pour a few more millions then we can get the others to sell. That way, we can own the whole block," Hanni explained.

I took a deep breath.

Their proposition sounded costly, but beneficial in the long run.

"Can I ask exactly what these properties would be used for?" Y/n asked.

"Housing, New Business, Storage, etc," Dani responded.

"Storage?" Y/n raised an eyebrow.

I cleared my throat a bit and placed my hand on Y/n's lap to let them know to stop asking questions.

Y/n knew better than to ask questions they weren't ready to hear the answers to.

"Y/n, I think this is where you exit the conversation," I let them know.

Y/n glared at me for a second and sighed.

"Alright," Y/n exhaled and got up to go back to the main house.

We all watched as Y/n huffed and puffed on their way out of the butcher room.

"Are you ready to pay attention?" Hanni asked a bit annoyed.

"What? You're mad that I'm giving Y/n extra attention?" I smugly asked.

"No, but why are you? Y/n's stab wound has scared over by now and Yunah is out of the picture. Is there something we need to know about?" She sassed.

"No," I rolled my eyes.

"Okayyy, let's continue," Dani tried to get us back on track.

"So, have much more do you two think we'll need?" I exhaled.

"About 45% more," Dani informed me.

"Which is?" I raised an eyebrow.

"About 3 million more," Hanni gave me a cheesy smile and a shrug.

"Absolutely not!" Haerin immediately refused their proposal.

"Yeah, we can't afford to pour more money into properties that aren't going to provide profits," Hyein agreed.

"Well, that's the thing. We want to buy this block for housing and basic living so we can use the current housing block for import and industrial development," Hanni explained.

"So, you want to make everyone move?" I wasn't sure about the idea.

"Well, we'll build a daycare and market on the block to incentivize everyone to move. That's what the extra money will be used for," Dani further explained.
