I glance over at Professor with a shocked look in my eyes."I'm sorry what?".

"It's a small transfer program in Australia.You used to live in Australia right?The experience you get at this internship would help you coming into your sophomore year of teaching.By the time you finish Graduate school I can offer you a full time position as the Psychology Professor aside me".

Clay smiles brightly and says "Isn't that amazing Baby?We can stay in Australia for a year.That way we can sell our apartment there and get a house here".

But I didn't want to leave

So much could happen in a year.Knox was 19 and he was still a college student.

That time without me, he could find someone else,Or his feelings that he was starting to show could completely disappear.

Professor nods and says"You have until the next of the month to let me know.I hope that you are wise with this opportunity".

I nod my head and I walk out of his office.Clay walks up beside me and says"Why didn't you take it right away?".

"You never take an offer right away.You have to think on it".

Clay frowns and says "This will have even more money coming in".

"It would be even more money coming in if you found a job".

He glares at me and says"It's not so easy for me.Im not blonde and pretty where I can get hired on the spot".

My eyes widen and I stop walking."You think my looks gave me a position here at Callister?You have to be fucking joking?!".

He sighs and says "Jade you know I didn't mean it-"."-I worked my ass off get into this school and make the grades that I needed.Unlike you I made connections during my time here.Thats how I was able to get into the graduate program and even teach alongside my idol".

I lean forward as he glares at me."While you were in Australia cheating I was here trying to provide for us".

"Oh you don't even get to do that!You aren't so perfect either".I roll my eyes and walk out of the building.

"Hey don't walk away from me".

He grabs my arm and I turn around to him."You were sucking some freshman's dick while I was in Australia.Do you not recall that?".

I blink and say "Hm.And how many girls have you slept while I was gone?".

He freezes and I smirk."I'm sure it's far more than one.I didn't sexting girls and even underage girls for my pleasure.You should be jail right now".

Clay looks up and glares at Knox."You really don't know when to stop do you?Maybe she should get you a restraining order".

Clay steps in front of me and steps in Knox's space."You know what?You're really starting to get on my nerves.She doesn't want you.So how about you fuck off".

Knox glances at me and I shake my head.

He clenches his teeth before taking a step back and putting a dazzling smile on his face.
