I see Jade already at the door waiting for me at the hotel door."I should give you a key"I say."There's no need".

I raise my eyebrow before opening the door and letting her in.I shut the door behind me and she walks over to the table.

She sets her purse down before turning to me."What is it you wanted to talk about?Wildflower?".

"Us"."What about us?"

She takes a deep breathe before telling me to come here.I walk over and she grabs both of my hands.

"I got offered an internship in Australia"."What?But you have stay here.Why would you-".

"-Professor recommended that I go there for a year before coming back and teaching here".

"No"I say."No?".

"You can't leave me"."I'm not leaving you Knox.Im simply doing an internship.Ill be back in a year-".

"-You think I can take you being in Australia with that asshole for a year".

She looks at me sadly before kissing my hand."Knox this is for my career not for Clay.My career.I have an opportunity to continue my graduate degree in a different setting.And I'd be able to finish a lot sooner".

"And I'm happy for you but why can't it be here"I say."It can't.And I'm taking this offer.I'll be back in a year with Professor Salim".

I cup her face and say "I don't want you to leave me"."I'm sorry Knox.Really".

I cup her face before staring at her."Tell me you dump him.Tell me that when you come back it can be about us".

She places her hand on my cheek."I can't promise something when I don't know the future Knox".

"Promise me".

She sighs and says "I promise when I come back it will be about us".

I kiss her sweetly before she deepens the kiss.

The thought of Jade leaving was torture.My heart was broken in thought that she would leave.

And at that moment I knew it wasn't lust.Desire or Admiration I felt for Jade.

It was love.Obsession.

She had me right where she wanted me.So far that the darkness was nowhere to be found when it came to her.

I pick her up and lead her over to the bed as she pulls her clothing off piece by piece.The second that she was on the bed,I pause to look at her

"And I'd choose you in a hundred lifetimes, in a hundred worlds,  in any version of reality-"."-I'd find you and I'd choose you"she finishes with tearily eyes.

I kiss her tears away before pulling my shirt off.

The next morning

"Knox stop staring at me in my sleep"she says softly.

I chuckle as she opens her gray eyes and stares at me.I cup her face softly and caress it in my hand.

"But you're so beautiful".

She rolls her eyes before there is a knock on the door.

"Knox?".

My eyes go wide when I hear the voice."It's my sister"."What?"Jade hisses.

I quickly get out the bed as she start pulling her clothes back on.I grab her purse and hand it to her.

"Hide in the closet"."You're joking right now?".

"Please"I say.

Trust me when I say that this was the last place I wanted them to meet.

She sighs and walks over to the clothes and closes the door.I look around and make sure that there's no evidence of Jade before I put my shirt on.

I walk over to the door and both Astrid and Nadia burst into the room.

"Wow you know sometimes you have to be invited in-"."-I'm sorry"Astrid says.

"So burst into my room without inviting yourself in, yes I would hope you are"."No not about that".

I tilt my head and say "What?"."We forgot your birthday.Im sorry.I guess the stress of my game got to me and I didn't realize.Naya tried to tell me but I was being arrogant".

"Damn right"Nadia whispers.

Astrid glares at her before looking at me.She puts her hand in my shoulder and smiles.

"So what do you want baby brother?Money?A new soccer jersey?A car?No.You want another gaming console right.I can definitely kick your ass in FIFA now".

I roll my eyes and pull her hand away."I need sleep.Im sorry say this Wren but you're like two days too late".

"I always make it up to you"Astrid states.

"Hmm maybe I'm tired of you making it up to me.Maybe you could just remember.How about you put it in your phone calendar?".

Astrid frowns and says "Right.Of course.There has to be something that you want?".

Nadia looks around before she spots a pair of panties in the ground.My eyes widen as she grabs Astrid hand.

"Wren I think I know what brother needs?".

Astrid tilts her head and says "And that is?".

"His favorite breakfast from downtown.Harris diner.The best egg Benedict and his favorite".

All the way across town,that would take them a hour to-

I see what you're doing little sister.I smirk at her before dropping it when Astrid turns to me.

"Is that true?".

I sigh dramatically and say "If only I had that amazing eggs Benedict.It definitely crave my hunger".

Astrid eyes sparkle and she grabs her keys."I'll be back and don't you dare leave this hotel.Ill be back .And then I'll grill you on why you are here!".

She rushes out the room and Nadia turns to me."Oh you so owe me".

"Duly noted,Baby sister"."And tell Jade I said!".

My eyes widen as Astrid pokes her head back in."You coming Naya?"."Yea!".

They both rush out and close the door on their way out.I shake my head as I feel a pair of soft breast pressing my back.

"We almost got caught"She whispers.

I nod my head and says "Yea"."And your sister.She knows about us?".

"Naya?Oh she knew about us a lot time ago"."What?!Did you tell her!".

I turn around and shake my head."She's pretty smart for her age.Im sure she was about to put two and two together".

"and how is that?","She sees the way that I look at you.Im sure she was able to figure it out".

She smiles as I lean down to kiss her."And how do you look at me"she says against my lips.

"Like your the most precious thing this world has seen"."See now you're just trying to start something".

"Hey we got a hour till they come back.How about we take this to the shower".

She pulls me back and shakes her head."I need to leave.Besides I have things to do today.Why you may be out of class today.I have a staff meeting".

"You can't skip it and hangout with me?"I suggest

"I'm sorry Knox but no.Ill text you later there okay?".

I nod my head as she walks to the bathroom.
