Walking through the Containment Areas, I find myself delirious. What happened in SCP-610's lab? Why did that even happen, how did it even happen? I grab my radio
*BEEP*
"Mr. Rogers, (the name of the Site Director) I am not feeling well, I'm not infected with 610, I am just coming down with something, I am going to go to the Sick bay,"
I lied about coming down with something, the only time I had such realistic hallucinations like these was when I had brain damage and an implanted tumor after the incident.
"Alright, just report back to the control room after, I need to talk to you,"
I reply, "Ok,"
I walk to the Sick Bay, my head starts hurting, like a tight rubber band squeezing my head. I was feeling dizzy, so I continued walking. I made it to the sick bay.
"Hey, my head is killing me, don't you have any Ibuprofen? " I tell the doctor
"Whoa, that was just straight, alright, wait it's been a year since we removed that thing in your head, did you hallucinate? I'll grab the neurologist, just in case." says the Diagnostician, Dr. Smith was the best Diagnostician in the US so he was chosen to be the Diagnostician of SITE-19.
I sat down as the doctor left to grab the neurologist, my headache was worsening, my thoughts became blurry, my hearing became a sharp loud ringing noise.
"Hey, been a while, back in the MTF again?" the Neurologist asks
I reply, "No, Site Director told me to help contain 610,"
"Oh wow, he just sends you in like that?" he asks
"Yeah, anyways could you help me, my head is killing me," I ask
"Alright, follow me," he starts walking away, and I follow suit. We arrive in the changing room where he leaves me to change. I take off the gear and set it in the locker, I put on the hospital gown, I close the locker and walk out into the MRI room.
"Alright, now go lay down in the MRI machine, there is also a pair of plastic headphones playing a playlist comprised by some troopers in the MTF, put them on and grab the cassette player,"
I follow and lay down, the music started playing after I pressed play, a cool playlist started playing, I recognized the first song, "come and get your love" I was relaxed, but my head started hurting as I saw a memory, this was the memory of the Class-D in 610, he was already dead due to the lack of ventilation, just I hallucinated, man they must have saw me as a sort of psycho. I thought, "An engram, again? Or could it be a Hallucination again? Why? I thought I got rid of that tumor"
The machine noises stopped after a while, I was sliding out only to see Michael again, he was standing there, he was holding his team appointed 9mm, he pointed at me then vanished. I had another hallucination. This time not as worse
"How are you feeling?" the Neurologist asks,
"Not well, another hallucination, and I have something, I can feel it.
"Yeah well I can see that, it's a small one, but I also see a tumor, it's not a normal one, I'm pretty sure it's a Frontal Lobe Tumor, I can tell from its location. But, it's odd, it has a different heat and somehow has a radiation signature, I don't know if it is Benign or cancerous, but I will schedule a Biopsy to see, if the site doesn't go down in heck of course."
I just stand up and walk to him, he hands me some meds to combat the hallucinations, and headaches. Although they might not be effective yet, I'm willing to risk it. The site is in crisis so I would take a risk. I walk out into the locker room and undress then get my gear back on. Luckily, it was only a vest, battle belt, knee pads, shoulder pads, helmet, headphones, gas mask, and pistol holder. I grabbed everything and put it on. I did not have military clothing, I put this on my lab coat and pants. It was somewhat embarrassing, but it's fine. I walked out and headed to my room, I needed to take a pill. I was feeling odd, I had a weird taste in my mouth and my body was tight and tense, I brushed it off.
When I made it to the rooms, I walked into my room with my keycard, grabbed some water, then took a pill. I was tired, so I took off the gear, set it aside neatly so I wouldn't get in trouble, and passed out.
