We were walking through the empty halls of CON-E, well, somewhat. SCP-173, SCP-682, SCP-096, SCP-049, SCP-939, and SCP-2006, were running amok around the Containment area which was not good. "Hello?" an unfamiliar voice called from around the corner.
"Hold," I called. The unfamiliar voice was not human, it was the mimicking voice of the red dogs known more as SCP-939. "Hello? Is someone there?" the voice called again. I looked at the rest of the team, "Once we peek the corner, light up the thing, if we don't, one of us is going to get killed if not all."
I set the Class-D down, and sat him up against the wall. I walked carefully, making sure not to alert the red monster. BEEP, "ALL UNITS BE ADVISED, SCP-173 HAS BEEN CONTAINED, BE AWARE OF THE STILL PRESENT THREAT OF SCP-939, SCP-049, SCP-096, SCP-035, and SCP-2006 still around CON-E." yelled my radio, abolishing the silence, alerting the 939, and ruining my cover of surprise. I heard an unholy roar around the corner. I aimed my rifle and peeked at the corner and saw it, I opened fire, CRACK CRACK CRACK CRACK, the thing was only stunned for a few moments before continuing its charge.
The rest of the team came to my rescue and also helped kill the dang thing. It made one final roar before laying dead on the floor, covered in holes, and our mags empty. "Let's go, we don't have all day," Michael said. I grabbed the Class-D. We moved up. Continuing our march with a Class-D with us, unconscious, little does he know, he is about to experience pain never imagined before.
We finally made it to the Checkpoint for Containment Area K. I flashed my keycard displaying a Level 5 authorization, a level only the 05 can give out. The security guards allowed us through. "Be careful, SCP-106 and 682 are still in there," alerted one of the Security Guards.
I was quite nervous, SCP-682 is a very serious threat, as well as SCP-106. We don't even know where they are. "All units be advised, SCP-682 has been spotted attempting to breach SCP-3199, if this happens, this might force us to activate Genesis Protocol," yelled all of our radios. If the Genesis Protocol were to happen, we all might be screwed. The Site Warhead would be launched and would come back down to strike the base, atomizing it. That's why there are Nuke Shelters present across the site.
We had to go. Secure 106, then terminate SCP-682. We started to run as this was urgent. The containment room for SCP-106, was amazingly large, it was spacious, one false step, you fall about 1000 feet to your doom. I scanned my keycard at the door to his containment area. We walked in, I scanned again. I was very exhausted. "Here I hold him," Michael came to my aid once again.
We walked across the bridge, and the platform. The box that withheld the capability of luring SCP-106 to that box, and holding him there. It turns out, SCP-682, messed with the magnets. Thank god Maintenance fixed it in time, but he still breached due to the weak power of it. The external generator in the area was weak, no one filled it up with fuel. Unfortunately so he breached. I grabbed the fuel tank, and filled up the Generator.
Michael went to the elevator. He went down with the Class-D, entering the Box, he strapped him to the chair, woke him up, and left. He came back up. I activated the Femur Breaker. Breaking his femur, the screams of agony were pure, painful to hear. He started to cry. SCP-106 entered through his portal to his pocket dimension, leaving it to put the guy out of his misery, or send him to the eternal hell of his pocket dimension. "ACTIVATE IT NOW!" I yelled at Michael's private. He flipped the switch, activating the magnets and Tesla Coils.
The box was now holding SCP-106, meaning he had been contained, eliminating one threat of many from the site. SCP-106 walked around, trying to open a portal, trying to phase through the rusted material, but he couldn't. He was ultimately stuck, and bested by us.
