The faun took Lucy's pale hand and shook it around wildly, smiling wildly, making them both chuckle softly. Everly looked confused, but still let out a little chuckle.

"This is an awfully big wardrobe" Lucy said looking up at Tumnus. "Wardrobe? Umm.... Well Lucy Pevensie and young Everly" he said looking down at Everly, "from the shining city of wardrobe in the  Wondrous land of spare oom, how would it be if you come and had tea with me?" The faun said offering is hand to Lucy.

Lucy was about to take it when it looked like she suddenly remembered something and hesitated to take is offer. She bit her li, looking down at Everly "well thank you very much, but we.... We should probably be getting back. Everly will start getting tired and whiny, she only really ever wants Peter" Lucy replied.

Lucy looked around trying to remember where she came from. "Yes but it's just around the corner! And there'll be a glorious fire with toast and cakes! And- and perhaps, we'll even break into the sardines" the faun said, sounding desperate.

Lucy looked troubled "I don't know" Lucy said. Lucy felt a tug in her hand, she looked down at Everly "we go" she said pointing at Mr Tumnus. The faun looked surprised at hearing her talk. "Come on, it's not everyday I get to make new friends" Mr Tumnus begged.

Lucy broke into a smile, she nodded, putting the parcel under her arm well I suppose, I could come for a little while, eat some sardines" Lucy wrapped her arm in Tumnus's. Everly fisted Lucy's coat to make she doesn't get lost.

Mr Tumnus let out a little laugh "by the bucket lead" and with that off they went. The faun lead the two daughters of Eve through the thick, heavy, white snow. Everly struggles to keep up with them, Mr Tumnus slowed down a little after noticing this.

"Not much further now, come along then" Mr Tumnus called over his shoulder. Lucy stopped walking when she saw Mr Tumnus's house. The faun stopped to, to look at the girls. Lucy started walking towards the front door, they both walked through the arched doorway.
