It's been a few weeks since me and Viv hung out. We have been spending time together since then. Today is match day against Chelsea. I wake up and go pull on my training kit. I brush my hair and put it in a ponytail. I go down and have breakfast.
Once I finish, I grab my stuff and lock up. I drive to the training centre and park. I step out and Viv walks over. "Hey, so I was wondering, do you want to sit with me on the bus?" asked Viv. "Sure" I said, smiling. I grab my bag and we head to the bus.
We get on and we sit down. Viv leans back and sighs. "I'm a bit nervous" said Viv. "Why?" I ask. "I just want to have a good match" said Viv. "So do I but you will" I said. Once we arrive, we go into the stadium and get ready.
"Let's go and win this" said Jonas. We head out and Chelsea is on the front foot. Sadly they score 10 minutes in, Lauren James giving them the lead. Sadly for us their defence is strong and knows what we're going to do. I groan.
By the time we reach half time we're 4-0 and we're deflated. Jonas barely says anything so we go out and just decide to defend and try. We get some shot's but their goalie, Ann is on it. Sadly we concede two more goals before full time to make it 6-0.
We shake hands and Viv sits down. I sit beside her. "We were shit" said Viv. "We were" I said. We stand up and go inside. "I have nothing to say because we were shit." said Jonas, looking around. Sometimes he could be gentler with what he says.
We have showers and get changed. "Wanna hang out?" I ask. "Sure," said Viv. We grab our stuff and head to our cars. "I'll follow you home" said Viv. "Ok" I said. I slide into my car and drive home. I park and go unlock the door as Viv parks. She steps out and walks over to me.
I let us in and I drop my bag at the door with a promise to sort it out. "Beth, I don't mind sitting while you sort yourself out" said Viv. "Are you sure?" I ask, looking at her. "I'm sure, Beth" said Viv. I smile and go put my toiletries away. Once I do, I head back to the sitting room and sit beside Viv.
"I was thinking of ordering, I don't feel like cooking" I said. "Ok, what do you fancy?" asked Viv. "Pizza?" I ask. "Can never go wrong with pizza" said Viv. I smile and we order a large pepperoni pizza.
"So, I'm going to pay" said Viv. "No, I will" I said. "Nope. It's the least I can do, please let me" said Viv. "Fine. But the next take away, I'm paying" I said. "Ok fair enough" said Viv. I hear the door and Viv jumps. She goes to the door and pays. She comes in with the pizza and the drinks.
We talk and eat. Once we finish, we clean up. Once we do, we make popcorn and settle down to watch a movie. We relax back and turn on Mean Girls. Once it's over, Viv yawns. "I better head home before it gets too late" said Viv. I nod and walk her to the door.
"See you tomorrow, Viv" I said. "See you tomorrow Beth" said Viv. We share a hug and she leaves. I watch her leave and smile. I close the door and lock it. I clean up and yawn myself. I decide to go to bed.
I go get changed and lay in my bed.

I laugh and put my phone down. I pull the covers over me and I fall asleep pretty quickly.
