BETH'S POV:

(It's the final! England v Ireland)

Today is the final of the Euros 2025. I'm so nervous because we've worked hard to get here. I know we will fight till the end to win this for the second time in a row. It was a tough journey but we're ready. We've trained hard and we know what we have to do. But I am also nervous because I am proposing tonight, no matter if we win or lose.

I pull on my clothes and go downstairs. I see Leah and walk over. "Hey" I said. "Your nervous" said Leah. "Yeah, you?" I ask. "Yup but trying to hide it. I'm the captain I cant exactly show it" said Leah. "You can, but it will be fine" I said. "I know" said Leah.

We have breakfast before heading to the stadium. We go on the pitch and I smile. "Is Viv coming today?" asked Leah. "Yeah, so is dad, Ben, Liv, Lars, Kiki, René and Carolien is coming" I said. "Big crowd but I say their excited" said Leah, smiling. "Yeah, they are" I said. We head back inside and get ready for the warm up.
