I did say I'd leave it to you, and I went with the majority votes from the previous chapter.

Alec

I couldn't help but smile as I felt Arabella do a little bounce of excitement in my arms as we both anticipated the reveal of our baby's gender.

Truthfully, I wasn't fussed whether we'd have a baby boy or a baby girl. As long as our little one was healthy, that was all that mattered.

"Congratulations you're having a, baby girl" Hank called out.

Opening our eyes in excitement, I looked up at the explosion of pink confetti and a pink smoke cloud along with Snuggles who was trudging towards us wearing a pink cape with an unimpressed face.

Staring down at Arabella who instantly brought her hands to her mouth, I felt my heart skip a beat with her looking up at me with tears in her eyes.

Engulfing her in a bear hug, I lifted her body off the ground and spun her around as my men cheered out in a shared excitement.

Placing Arabella back down on the balls of her feet, I rested both of my hands on her jaw and gently held her head up as she rambled hysterically with tears of happiness pouring down her cheeks.

"We're having a baby girl" I laughed out with my own eyes shining with unshed tears.

Arabella nodded her head over and over before burying her face in my chest as we continued to celebrate together.

"She's going to be the most protected girl on the planet" Hank laughed out as he walked over towards us.

Stepping back with my arm around Arabella's waist, I laughed in retaliation to Hank's words and watched as he gave Arabella a gentle hug before giving me a pat on the back.

But damn right, she will be.

"With a biker gang, an army of dobermans, one territorial cat and Alec as her dad, there's no chance of a boy getting close" Hank winked at Arabella as she giggled in response before looking up at me.

"Absolute zero chance" I growled out, already despising the idea of a boy getting close to my little angel.

She wasn't even born yet and I was already thinking about how many fuckers I'd have to kill for her. We lived in a beautiful world, too bad it's being destroyed by evil people. Yet, even with a world full of sick and evil people, I'd die before anything could happen to my angel. No harm would touch her or her mother's head.

My girls. My world.

"My girls" I grinned down at Arabella as she quietly observed me with a soft smile on her face.

"Say it again" Arabella whispered as she fully turned her body so we were now completely facing each other.

"My girls. My wife, the love of my life. My daughter, the apple of my eye".

"Alec" Arabella suddenly broke down in a hysterical sob.

Fuck me. Her hormones.

Knowing there was nothing she could do about her unpredictable hormones, I simply held her and stroked my hand down the back of her head.

Even though Hank and my men were smiling at me as I held my pregnant wife, I could see the slight sadness in their eyes. For there was one person who was supposed to be here, sharing this moment with his wife and best friend.

But there was no sighting. Nothing. He vanished without leaving a trace. Like a ghost roaming the earth.

I miss you, Leon. I wish you were here celebrating this moment with us. Brother, this baby may even be yours. But regardless, I will love her like my own. I refuse to get a DNA testing because it'll break Arabella's heart if she learns you're the father, but you aren't here.
