i was about asleep when i heard a knock on the door.
i quietly slid out of bed trying not to wake up lando and cover him back up before walking out of the bedroom and shut the door behind me.
i walk through the house to the front door and was sure to look at the time while passing by the kitchen. its 2am and i have no clue who could be at the door at this time. i go and look through the peep hole and quickly open the door to see Kate she was in a hoodie with the hood pulled up and she was in tears. "did i wake you up?" she ask sniffling "no your okay. kate whats wrong?" i ask she looks at me "i fucked up" she bust out crying.

i was sitting on the couch beside kate she has finally stopped bawling and quieted down Long enough to actually talk. "I fucked up" she says "you've said that once already what happened" I ask her "ive never been in a serious relationship before and its terrifying. i always have one night stands or situationships. charles and i have basically lived together for the last 2 weeks and i love it. i met his family and they're lovely people" i give her a confused look "and your problem is?" "im scared ill fuck it up because i love him" "kate Elizabeth is in love with someone" she rolls her eyes at my comment. "this isnt funny y/n im being serious i love him he makes me happy and ive never felt better with anyone ever but him he makes me feel comfortable and makes sure im okay and tonight we were seen together and the pictures blew up and i guess i didnt realize how much it would affect me normally i dont care about anything but i really care about charles and us and its sooo scary" "aww baby" i say and hug her. "i left the house i told him i needed a minute and that i would be back" we sat in silence so a while
*lando's pov*
i was laying in bed i woke up when y/n left the bed i could hear crying i got up worried that it was y/n but once i reached the bedroom door into the living room i seen that it was kate they started talking about how much kate loves charles and it made me think of how much a sweet person y/n is and how much i cherish being around her and realize that im in love with her.
i got back in the bed and my phone rang it was Charles. "hey man" i ask "hey mate" charles says sniffling like he was upset. "everything okay?" i ask "yea yea everythings good i was just calling to see is kate was over there and make sure she was safe" "yea shes here and shes in good hands with y/n" "alright thank you" "try to get some sleep i think they fell asleep in the couch i dont hear talking anymore" i say crawling out of bed. i walk into the living room to the couch. kate was sound asleep on the couch on y/n who was asleep as well. "yea shes knocked out. get some sleep we will see you in the morning" i whisper "goodnight" he says before hanging up. i grab the blankets that were layed on the back of the couch and cover them both up. i kiss y/n softly on the head before turning off the lights and head back to my room and get comfy before falling asleep.
*y/n's pov*
i woke up to sun shining through the window in the living room. i rub my eyes and see kate asleep basically on me. i wiggle my way out from underneath her and go into the kitchen i check the time and its 7am. so i decide im going to cook breakfast while everyones asleep.
i pull the eggs out of the fridge and make some eggs, along with bacon, sausage, and finally pancakes.
i finished washing dishes and i made my plate sitting at the island in the kitchen with my food and cup of coffee. soon a sleepy kate walks in. her eyes were puffy and she has mascara all over her face i smile at her. "goodmorning" "morning" she says as she starts fixing her plate a cup of orange juice to go with it "lando's couch is really comfy" she says sitting down beside me "yea ive never actually slept on it until now" i say "well i hope not" she laughs a little digging into her food.
i was done so i put my plate in the sink "im gonna go wake sleeping beauty in here and take a shower because we have to head to the track soon" i say to kate who was still eating
i walk into the bedroom and see lando sound asleep i walk to his side of the bed and lay on top of him and begin kissing his face. "babyyyyy time to get up" i said. he groaned and smiled "no" "yea and breakfast is in the kitchen" i say getting off him. he pulls the covers over his head as i open the blinds to let some light in in hopes hed wake up. "lando norris" "what" he ask i jerk the covers off of him and laugh he sits up and grabs me pulling me in bed with him snuggling close to me. "this was not supposed to happen" i say running my hands through his bed head. "well you didnt sleep with me last night and you just pulled my covers off and now im cold" he says
we lay like this for a little bit before he finally lets me go so i can shower and he walks out the bedroom shutting the door behind him
i take a shower and get out drying my hair and i put on a red bull shirt and a pair of shorts. i pull on some shoes.
i walk into the living room and see lando already dressed he had his hat backwards him and kate were talking while he was washing dishes i walk up behind him and wrap my arms around him from behind "ooo look at you cleaning" i smile kissing his cheek. he rolls his eyes at me. "are you ready? weve got to go" he says turning off the water. "im not ready" kate says. "theres a extra shirt in my suitcase and you can wear whatever shorts" i say as she hurries off
lando turns around to me and wraps his arms around me resting his chin on my head like i fit in his body perfectly. "i have to deal withn my brynn problem today and i dont wanna" i wrap my arms around his waist "i know but youll be okay babygirl" he kisses my head and he leans against the counter as i lean on him.
soon kate comes out clothed and we head out to the track.

Kate, lando and i walked into the paddock together. we knew we would be seen together we didnt care. fans started yelling for lando to signs things so kate and i walk off but before i turned around to look at lando and he looked at me. "good luck" he mouthed and smiled before i turned round and kate and i walked to the red bull garage.
"Kate!" one of the engineers yells for her as soon as we walk in and she walks away to them.
"y/n" christian looks at me. "yes sir?" i ask nervously. "lets talk" he motions me over to him

i walk on the track behind max beside my engineer and try to blend in. my mind still on the talk i had with christian earlier. he said we'd wait to see how it plays out and the next step is up to me and my PR manager and keep him updated.
i pull my hood of my hoodie up because its chilly. after walking and talking about the race weekend i walk into my drivers room and flop down on the couch. i pull out my phone and call the one person that know what i need to do.
the phone rang and rang before he finally answered "hey y/n" he says happily. "Micheal i need your advice"
