Katherine's POV

Get off me. Get off me. Get off me Knox. Knox.

My eyes snap open, my heart thumping in my chest. Theres an arm draped across my chest to stop me from moving. I'm lying on something soft and its shaking. Get off me. "Get off me." My voice is raspy and my throat stings when I speak.

My vision is too blurry and unfocused to recognise who it is. "Fuck her eyes are red." The figures voice is deep and familiar, but I can't be sure of who it is.

I sit up quick enough that he's still looking down. I freeze for a moment when fear takes over. Knox. My fear is replaced with anger. I'll kill him and escape.

I pounce on Knox, but he doesn't attack back. Before I can slit his throat to at least temporarily kill him to give me the opportunity to escape, I feel something sharp impale my back. I snap my head around to see a familiar face. Gale. Why is Gale driving Knox around... I twist my head back around to see another familiar face.

My eyes widen when I realise, I almost killed Zack. My vision begins to darken when I pull away from him. I'm so sorry. I try to say the words out loud, but I can't when my vision is filled with darkness.

**********

"She tried to kill Zack!" I hear someone shout, making my head ache. Zack. Fuck, I tried to kill Zack. My eyes flutter open and I take in my surroundings. I'm in my dorm room and lying in my bed instead of the backseat of a car.

"She thought I was Knox!" Zack whisper-yells, his eyes landing on me, giving me a sympathetic look when he realises, I'm awake before returning to his conversation with someone. Sebastian.

"What if next time she doesn't realise who you are before it's too late?"

"There won't be a next time." My head pounds even more when I sit up and turn to see Gale sitting in my office chair beside my bed. His scowl disappears when his attention is brought to me. "How are you feeling, Tesoro?"

"Tesoro? Sei pazzo a dare ad un demone un dannato nome da compagnia?!" Sebastian growls. They're speaking in Italian. The only word I could really understand was demone, but that one's kinda obvious. Gale's scowl returns when he looks back at Sebastian.

"Calmati Sebastian. Lei è la sua ragazza, non è un grosso problema." Zack replies for Gale who's staring at Sebastian like he wants to kill him. Maybe I should learn Italian. I consider when the annoyance of not being able to understand what they're arguing about kicks in. I have lifetimes to learn, right?

"Hey!" Elanor shouts from where I hadn't noticed she had been sitting on her bed. "Do you mind taking this to another room? I'm trying to figure out how to keep this spell going so she doesn't try to kill one of us again."

"Spell?" I ask. "You have a spell on me?" Elanor lifts her head from her large, old looking book to look at me, giving me the same sympathetic look Zack gave me.

"We think Knox collected some of your blood and cast some sort of blood mage spell on you." Gale answers. "Elanor's trying to figure out how to either get rid of it or find a new one that suppresses it."

"Except it's kinda hard to find a spell when I don't exactly know what to look for." Elanor mutters, going back to her book.

"You shouldn't be wasting your magic on me." I say before standing up from my bed, instantly regretting it when I almost lose my balance before Gale stands up with me and grabs my arms to steady me. My head pounds harder. "Where's Cameron?" He'll know what to do.

"He's out looking for Knox and Vivian." Zack replies. "Luna and Jasper are in our room." Before I can say anything, he continues. "Elanor put shields on the door. Supernatural's can only go in there if we want you to." He's referring to him, Gale, and Sebastian. "Including Knox."

My attention turns to Sebastian who is watching me like I might pounce on one of them. He didn't have to say it out loud for me to understand that that meant me too.

"You should put me in a cell." I say and I feel Gale's head snap to look at me in confusion. "Elanor needs to save her magic if she wants to be able to get rid of whatever spell Knox has me under.

"No." Gale growls, shaking his head. "I will not let you be in that position again."

"It's not your decision to make, Gale." Sebastian says as he walks towards us, taking a syringe full of what I assume is concentrated rosemary. He holds it out in front of him for me to take. "Its hers."

My back crashes into Gale's chest when he picks me up off the floor and holds me back so I can't grab the syringe. "Gale let go of me!"

"No!" He growls, directing his words to Sebastian.

"Gale, don't make us sedate you too." Sebastian says, his voice getting deeper when he takes a step towards us. My head is still pounding, and I can't tell if it's from the aftereffects of rosemary or Knox's vampire venom.

"Sebastian, don't make me kill you." Gale mocks but there's no humour.

"Elanor." Sebastian sighs and turns around to walk away and stand back to where he was before beside Zack.

Elanor rolls her eyes quickly before setting her book down and standing up. She holds her hand out and mutters something. "Elanor-!" Gale growls before his words are cut off, his body going limp behind me, and I turn around quickly to catch him before he can hit his head on my desk.

My chest aches as he loses consciousness. "He's never acted that bad before..." Zack mutters as he walks towards me to help me carry Gale.

"He's never acted like this at all." Sebastian says, eyeing me. "Not until you came into the equation, that is."

"Sebastian, don't start." Elanor growls, picking up he book and putting a bookmark on the page where she was up to. "Let's go."

I should have known that he still hasn't warmed up to me. It goes against everything that he's been taught his whole life, I shouldn't expect that to go away within days.

Sebastian lifts his hand with the syringe to hand it to me. "Oh, right." I say, taking the syringe from his hands.

"She doesn't need it if she's coming willingly, Sebastian." Elanor says, quickly grabbing the syringe from my hands before I can use it.

"But-" Sebastian tries but fails to protest when Elanor levels him with a stare that I would hate to be on the other side of.

"We trust you." Elanor says, turning to me with a warm smile that I try to return. She sighs after looking at me closely. "You must be exhausted."
