- 1 year later -

it's been a year since jack proposed to me, yes a whole year

we just celebrated our wedding 1 week ago, and we leave for our honeymoon to italy in a few days

our kids aren't going with us so we are going to leave them with sophia, my babies love their aunt very much and they even have a special bond with her kids, they get along so well

today we were celebrating our son's first birthday, jack junior, jj for short. all of our friends were here

we hear a knock on the door, and my girl camila runs to the door to go get it, she is now 4 years old, i can cry

she looks through the little peep hole and opens the door

"where are my favorite children at!"

"uncle finney!" she yells as my one year old runs towards them trying not to fall, he's barely learning how to walk but he's almost there

"hey bud, happy birthday" he picks him up

"about time you show up" jack walks in with jaeden

"you think i was gonna miss my nephew's birthday party? the best uncle always shows up late" he states

"UNCLE FINNEY!" the rest of the kids yell and run towards him

"there they are! my favorite demons" he says as he embraces all the kids in a group hug

it's been so long so let me tell you about our friends' lives

things ended up working out between sophia and her boyfriend, for a while they were doing long distance but they made it work. sophia would fly out to paris and her boyfriend would come here

when they turned 21, he proposed and after they married she was able to get him his green card, he ended up moving to LA and shortly after they both bought a home and moved in with each other

they had twins, one girl who they named after me, she was the same age as camila, both of them are like sisters they get along well just like me and sophia. the other, a boy, named lucas

jaeden ended up marrying a girl named addison, they have a little girl named alaina, who is currently 2 years old

wyatt ended up marrying erin, and she's currently pregnant with a boy

chosen met a girl named sierra a few years ago, they are currently engaged and have a one year old daughter named leah, and sierra is currently pregnant with another baby girl

jeremy also ended up marrying a girl named kaylie, they currently have no kids but do plan on in the near future

as for finn, he is currently single and living his best life, he's still the life of the party and all of the kids' favorite fun uncle, he spoils them so much and gets them whatever they want

when camila was learning how to say her first words, he taught her how to say 'fuck you'

he succeeded because she went up to us randomly one day and said it, we asked her where she learned that from and she pointed to finn in the back who was cheering her on
