y/n pov:

"alright we're here, get out" he says as i roll my eyes and step out still with the handcuffs on our hands

"for how long are we gonna be here?" jack asks

"you'll have to wait and see what they tell you inside, you guys are most likely not gonna leave tonight since you put you're hands on that poor innocent girl and you spilled liquid on me" he shakes his head

"well yeah i couldn't let my girlfriend get taken away on her own after you literally tackled her down like an animal" jack mumbles

"what was that?"

"nothing"

we walk inside the department and right away they take us to the prison cell

"what? you can't keep us here!" jack speaks as the cop searches his body and takes his phone and wallet

"you're lucky i'm keeping you both together, now shut it before i separate you" he snaps as he walks away

"WAIT DONT LEAVE US HERE WITHOUT TELLING US WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN!" jack rages kicking the bars

"i don't think we're gonna be leaving soon enough" i reply as he turns to look at me

i couldn't help but laugh as i sat down on the hard cemented bench attached to the wall

"y/n there's nothing funny about this! we can't be here they need to let us go" he groans

"don't worry, we didn't even do anything that bad we will be free soon"

"that girl lied and it's her fault we are in here..."

i sigh and look down

"i just wish you told me this and didn't have to keep it a secret" i quietly say

"y/n i didn't kiss her, i was talking to finn then next thing you know she grabbed me and did it then ran. it happened fast i didn't have the power to stop it" he responds

"jack!" i raise my voice

"what?!"

"i believe you, just next time don't keep things like that from me... it makes me feel like i don't have you're trust" i sadly say resting my chin on my knees

he walks towards me and sits down

"of course you have my trust why would you think that?" he says

"i feel like i'm doing too much here, never mind what i said" i scoff looking away

"you know i'd never lie to you right?"

"yeah i know... but nows not the time we're locked up and we need to find a way on how we're gonna get out of here" i say changing the subject

"right" he nods getting up

"bet you soon enough finn is gonna come running over here yelling to get us out" i say as we both laugh

i rub my shirt which makes something fall out onto the ground, my phone

"what- how did you not get yours taken away?!" jack says sounding amused

"he never checked me, plus i had it tucked in my bra it works everytime" i smirk

"well um you see it's obviously not that easy for me" jack says blushing a bit

i giggle and turn my phone on which had 80% of battery, having to see there was no service

"FUCK" i slightly yell

"whats the matter?!" jack replies

"i'm not getting any service" i say lifting my phone up moving it around hoping to get signal
