y/n pov:

i open my eyes as i slowly scan the room, that's when i noticed this wasn't my hotel room

i also felt a pair of arms around me as i get a glimpse of jack

oh no, i shouldn't have drank that much last night

wait why am in jack's room??

i carefully remove his arm around me, this isn't right we are both in relationships

"jack" i shake him trying to wake him up

"hmm" he says moving around

"wake up" he opens his eyes

"why am i here?" i ask, a mixture in confusion and worry

"we ran into each other at a club last night and you were on your way to the restroom but the girls was packed and uh.. i gave you the idea to take you to the men's restroom and a guy assaulted you and we were forced to leave and yeah that's basically it. you wanted me to stay with you so i brought you here" i awkwardly explain to her

she puts her hand over her face in embarrassment

"gosh im so stupid, wait did i just leave simon?" she says as i sigh in envy hearing his name

"no you didn't, he gave me the green light to take you he said something about texting you in the morning"

"i'm very sorry jack, i don't know what got into me last night i haven't done that in a very long time.. i mean yeah i drink and party in washington but i manage to control myself, last night i failed" she sighs

"your alright, the shit that mostly pisses me off is the fact that you got assaulted and no one did anything about it, the guy didn't even get kicked out"

she nods in agreement, just then someone opens my bedroom door

"hey jack-" finn is now revealed with his eyes wide looking between me and y/n

"y/n? when the fuck did you get here? wait did yall fuck?" he smirks which makes us turn to each other in shock and embarrassment

"no!" we both say at the same time

"this is a misunderstanding" y/n says

"yeah she got drunk last night and i brought her here so she can rest, i promise it's not what you think" i reply hoping to convince him

we all know how finn and his dirty imaginations

"mhmm i see" he gives us each a taunting look

" cheating is wrong but it's you two so i dig with it, i wont tell" he crosses his arms and leans against the door as he furrows his brows

"finn i promise we didn't do anything, i was literally just making my way out of here" y/n says as she gets up from the bed and puts her shoes on

"your leaving?" i say trying not to sound disappointed, i didn't think she would go this soon

"uh yeah, i need to properly rest this headache im feeling" she groans as she touches her head slightly

"ill see you guys" she hugs finn and walks out

finn wastes no time and slams the door

"what happened?" he whispers

"what i told you, i ran into her at a club she got wasted, we got kicked out because of a fucking idiot trying to act up and i just brought her here and we just slept. that's it"

"in the same bed?" he asks suspiciously while looking at me

"i left her the bed but her drunk self kept insisting me to sleep next to her so i just gave in" i respond
