The Sakuran Admiralty, hearing about the successes (and losses) of their counterparts, while also hearing the non-sanctioned and improvised recapture of one of the Kuril Islands from the Hokkaido Garrison, make them slightly awe'd, terrified and stumped. That the Sirens would eventually attack their neighbors and their own homeland was a given fact.
But such ferocity and ruthlessness have shown that the Sirens are not easily defeated. In fact, the Siren fleet stationed off the coast of the Far East are mass-produced warships of every class. Currently, the Sakuran Maritime Force, the flagship being Mikasa and her 2iC (Second in Command) Nagara, were dealing with the Assasin submarine attempting to wreak havoc in the Sea of Japan and past the Kuril Islands. The situation in Alaska also shows that the possibility of major conflicts has also become an inevitable fact.
The First and Third Fleet were quickly tasked in securing the Sea of Orkhotsk, well before any land operations would commence. They were put into one large Fleet; the Combined Fleet.
