"I am sure you are happy that I am leaving," Otto said over the sound of the rain, looking at his youngest daughter, who started at him with cold eyes as she shrugged.
"Perhaps the keep will feel more open, not so suffocated with your presence, Father," Lillian countered, making him scoff.
"Listen to me, Lillian. You may not like me, but you need to listen to me," he said, stepping closer to her.
"The King will die; it may be months or years, but he'll not live to be an old man, and if Rhaenyra succeeds him, war will follow. Do you understand? The realm will not accept her, and to secure her claim, she will have to put your children to the sword. She'll have no choice. You know that you are no fool. Your sister is though she chose the wrong side." Otto said quietly, making her look down and rub her stomach.
"What you speak of is treason, Father," Lillian said quietly, growing tired of his babbling about her children's deaths and Aegon descending the throne.
"You know that I am right. You have learned that Alicent chose Rhaenyra over you and this family, despite knowing what you did to let her have her freedom. She turned her back to you, lied, and walked away."
"My children are no longer a concern to you anymore; you only wish for the power you put me in this position and forced me to be the king's wife. Knowing all of this, I will protect my children from anyone, including you safe travels. Father, it looks like a storm is coming," she said, looking at the sky before turning around and walking away.
"You can't ignore the truth, Lillian; you can't." Otto shouted after her, but she just continued to walk, ignoring his screams and walking back inside the castle, only to be met with the two ladies, whom she seems to hate more than anything at the moment.
"Many maesters and maids were going in and out of your chambers, sister. Is everything okay?" Alicent asked, making her scoff.
"It is your grace, Lady Alicent," she snapped, making the brunette nod and biting her tongue not to offend the 'queen'
"Your father is about to leave; perhaps you wish to say goodbye, but then again, family seems to mean nothing to you," Lillian retorted, smiling sarcastically.
"Question your grace." Rhaenyra bit out, "You said stay the hell away from you. May I see my siblings as they are my siblings, or is that a no?"
"They are my children before they are your siblings, and I can't trust that you won't hurt and lie to them, so no, you two can stay the hell away from my children, or I will make your life a living hell," she countered before walking past the two who stood still.
"Will she ever understand that it wasn't about her and she made it about her? She has no right to be angry with either of us." Alicent complained, making Rhaenyra shrug.
"Perhaps being queen has gotten in her head," she said.

"When will we get there?" Alicent complained, lying back against Rhaenyra, who laughed.
"I am not sure we have been on the water for quite some time now." Rhaenyra responded, hating the seasick feeling she had.
"We should be arriving at Driftmark in half an hour, Princess," Ser Criston told the two girls before walking off to one of the ledges near them.
"He is hot, so I understand why you fucked him," Alicent admitted, quietly making them both giggle.
"You know, I think that is why Lilly was so angry at me and then you," Rhaenyra said, confusing Alicent.
"What do you mean?" Alicent asked, looking at her.
"She likes him. I have seen the looks they have shared in the halls. She was jealous."
