(Trigger Warning SA)
"How are you feeling your grace?" Otto asked Lilly as he entered her chambers, seeing her read what seemed to be a letter with a stack of open and unopened letters on the table in front of her.
"I am feeling fine, thank you," Lilly replied, lying through her teeth. She was anything but fine, but she knew he wouldn't care.
"How are you healing? It has been three weeks since Helena's birth. Surly, you are near ready to be with children again. You must give the kings many children," he said after a moment, making her snap.
"I would be healing a lot faster and better if I was not called to my husband's chambers every night to be raped, so I am sorry that my body is not ready to have yet another child, father."
"Do not take that tone with me, Lilly," he warned, making her sigh and rub her chest, feeling it get tight.
"I apologize; I just do not feel well. It has been rough this past week. Helena is with fever on and off," she explained, even though she didn't mean it. She was just hoping to spare herself another slap or angry rant.
"Well, we must hope she gets better; she needs to reach her teen years," he said, confusing her. Of course, she wants her children to have a long and happy life, but the glint in his eye let her know he was not thinking the same as her.
"Why do you say that?" she asked, making him wave her off.
"No need to worry, Lilly," he said, but she would not allow that.
"I asked you a question, father. I expect an answer. What do you have planned with my daughter?" She asked sternly, making him sit down and stare at her.
"Helena is not for you, nor is Aegon, and I fear that you don't understand that," Otto told her, making her angry.
"They are my children; they are mine, no one else's," she hissed, making him shake his head.
"Aegon is for the crown, the throne, and the realm, and Helena is for him; they will need to marry to strengthen his claim to the throne," he told her, making her stand up and slam her hands onto the table.
"My son is not the heir, and my daughter will not be forced to marry him; that is final. I don't care about your pathetic plans. Now leave," she ordered, making him stand up from his seat.
"I will give you time to accept this news. Your grace, the king, is already on board with marrying them together when they reach of age," he told her, making her laugh.
"You forced me into a marriage with a man who beats and rapes me. Do you truly think I wouldn't protect my children, father? You seem to be getting more stupid as you age," she told him.
"The king's word is final," he countered.
"Oh, I know that. I made sure my husband would never do anything to my children. Now get out," she said sternly, making him listen and leave the room.
-----
It was late, and Lilly could not find sleep, so she watched the star before her chamber doors were opened, drawing her attention.
"What is it?" Lilly asked the young maid, who's standing there nervously.
"His grace has requested your presence in his chambers, my queen," she said, making her nod.
"The hour is quite late," she commented, looking at the sky again.
"Yes, your grace, it is," the maid responded, feeling sorry for the young girl in front of her as she watched the queen stand up and make her way to her wardrobe.
"You may leave," Lilly told the maid, who bowed and left the room.
"You called for me, husband," Lilly said as she entered Visery's chambers in her nightgown, seeing him in a tub.
"Ah, yes, you look so beautiful, my dear wife," he complimented, making her smile softly.
"Thank you, husband. How do you feel tonight?" she asked, walking further into the room.
"I am feeling fine; thank you," he said before looking at the maids.
"You may leave," he told them, making them leave just him and Lily alone.
She kneeled at the tub and gently began washing his back, knowing that was what he wanted without saying the words.
"How is Helena?" he asked, making her feel happy. He was concerned about their child.
"She is being watched over right now; her fever is slowly leaving, but she is still not cleared yet, and they wish to make sure it is not a fatal illness." She told him, sniffling as she tried not to cry at the thought of losing her daughter.
"She is a Targaryen; she will be fine," was all he said, leaning further into her touch.
"You are much gentler than them," he commented, making her laugh slightly.
"Your father spoke with me today," he said, making her freeze slightly before continuing to clean him.
"What did he speak to you about?" she asked.
"A betrothal between Aegon and Helena."
"You promised..." she stated, making him nod.
"I know what I promised; you will choose who our children marry. Lilly, don't worry about that," he assured her, but she knew she couldn't trust him fully.
"Wonderful, may I ask why I have been called at such a late hour?" She asked as he stood up in the tub, making her look at the floor.
"You know exactly why you were called for," he told her, making her nod as her lip quivered, knowing what was going to happen as she stood up.
"Take your clothes off," he said as he got out of the tub and walked to the bed, watching her as she slowly slipped out of her clothes, her skin crawling as she tried to avoid his eyes on her skin.
"Come here," he said after her nightgown dropped to the floor, and she listened.
"How do you wish for me, husband?" she asked quietly, standing unclothed in front of him.
"On your stomach now," he demanded, making her listen quickly. She laid down on her stomach in pain as he used her for his own pleasure and womb to fill another babe.
