"Sire, good news. Our monitoring of Mu Empire radio traffic using the radio direction finder shows that they have returned to the north and are moving away from the mainland," said General Kurn.

"Good, is the Mu Empire attack over?" asked Emperor Gralux.

"Unfortunately, not yet, Your Majesty. They are still attacking south of Ragna. It seems that the range of the Mu Empire's fighters and bombers is considerable." Xand Pascal said.

"It appears they are deceiving us into believing they are still heading south, which is why we are allocating our resources to begin defending the south," said Emperor Gralux.

"It seems so, sire. They might even divide their forces into two, with a small portion continuing to attack further south, while the majority is already moving north. Perhaps in another hour they will stop attacking." Xand Pascal said.

"And since we are trying to defend the south by sending our fighters there, the north is unprotected. It is likely that they will attack once more in the north before they completely withdraw," said Emperor Gralux.

"You are right, your highness." Xand Pascal said.

"Immediately divert our southbound planes to the north. We still have some time before sunset to defend the north." said Emperor Gralux.

Suddenly, staff came running from the communications room.

"Good news! For about 15 minutes, there have been no Mu Empire aircraft in Ragna and the surrounding cities to the north! It seems they've left." the staff shouted.

"Thats really good news. Are any of our planes in Ragna?" asked Emperor Gralux.

"Currently, four squadrons of fighters are above and patrolling Ragna and its surroundings," said General Kurn.

"They have reported no enemy aircraft?" asked Emperor Gralux.

"That's right, Your Majesty. Observations from the ground and air have shown that," said the incoming staff.

"Then it is finally over," said Emperor Gralux.

"We must wait first, to make sure that they are really gone." said Xand Pascal.

"Yes, but for now, I will organize the emergency services to begin efforts to rescue Ragna," said General Kurn.

"See, if you can speed up the process. We must be able to save Ragna." said Emperor Gralux.

"Yes, Your Majesty," said General Kurn.

"It seems that what His Majesty predicted is now happening. We must immediately prepare for their attack in the north." said Xand Pascal.
