"Can't believe you're doing this for me, it's so sweet." Claire expressed to her boyfriend, twiddling with her nails as she gazed at him. As of right now, she was relaxed & comfy in the passenger seat, whereas Leon was driving them. They were on their way to a recently built mall in the city. Claire has before spoken on wanted to go there, just to see what types of stores there were, Leon was ready to fulfill that idea for her.

Leon turned his head, looking back at her with a grin, "You can't believe it? Well, I can. It's your birthday baby, of course I'm going to do something for you." Leon cooed at her, giving her a playful wink. "I seriously appreciate it Leon, thank you." Claire smiled at him. "Of course." Leon muttered back, his left hand still on the wheel as his right made it's way to her thigh, gripping it softly as he drove down the busy highway.

The streets in the city were packed, especially on weekends considering just about everyone had the two days off - Saturday & Sunday that is. All sorts of different cars were making their way to different places. The city was quite populated, ranging to about 6k people living in it. Leon & Claire were just two of a large, extensive amount. Leon could already imagine how busy the mall was going to be, especially since it's brand new. It's only been open for about a week now. Stores might've already sold out.

As he drove, music was soothingly playing from the radio. Just a calming tune. Both parties enjoyed it. The sun was out & about too. It blazed the entire city, it was 82⁰ out, both Claire & Leon were able to bust out their causal summer clothing. For the day, Claire was wearing a plain, faded red tank with some light blue faded demin shorts, pretty casual. Although Leon wasn't as done up, he was just wearing a black t with khaki shorts that bendled down to his knees. He wasn't all for wearing shorts but he wasn't about to suffer in the heat either.

"Do you wanna get food first or afterwards?" He questioned, it popped in his head as he went off the exit and spotted a sign with some fast food logos on it. Leon despises fast food, it always gives him a gut ache and causes him to bloat but on occasion, it's bearable. And besides, today is not about him but rather Claire. Actually, in his world, it's always about her. They did only begin dating recently, about two months ago, but those two months have been a dream.

"We can go after, I'd really rather shop without greasy ass food marinating in my stomach." Claire described eating fast food in such a grotesque way, it was actually comedic. "Yes ma'am." Leon hummed to her, squeezing her thigh easily and using his other hand to turn & steer the car. They weren't to far from the mall but a good distance enough to where they still need to use the GPS tracker set up on Leon's held phone. These things are marvelous and a great invention. Although Claire isn't as for it as he is.

"Is there anything specific you plan to look for? To buy?" "Don't know yet... Would like to see if there is a bookstore or a candle store. Some new clothes wouldn't hurt either." Claire beamed with radiance, her eyes like a sparkling & spinning disco ball. They were full of excitement for the upcoming journey. "Those are some nice choices sweetheart, like I said earlier, there are no limits, you may get whatever it is your heart desires." Leon chuckled, turning the car left as he pulled into an entirely new street.

"I seen on your timeline that a lot of people wished you a Happy Birthday, I honestly didn't realize you were so close to so many people." Leon explained, coughing slightly before talking again, "So whose Neil?" Leon asked her. Leon was very much the jealous type. Of course he's going to worry when he sees a conventionally attractive male commenting on his girlfriend's post with some stupid heart emojis & explanation points.
