Summary: Chris introduces Claire to a police officer at the RPD

Sticking beside her brother, Claire followed him down the stairs of the police station as they left the STARS office. She's currently on Spring break so, what better time to show up than now? He was happy to see her, he always is. All they've been able to do lately is short lived phone calls before one of them gets distracted by whatever they're in need of doing.

Now, Claire gets to crash with Chris for the next week.

Never does she ever have plans for breaks. She's only once went out of state and that was with her best friend during Summer break last year. She wouldn't have it any other way though. Spending time with Chris is special to her.

"Where are you taking me again?" Claire asked Chris, sticking by his persons. "Marvin said he had something for you. He told me to bring you down to the West office if you ended up showing your face." Chris chuckled. Claire did too. "Marvin? Man, it's been awhile since I've seen him. How has he been?" "Oh mighty fine. You know how he is." "Yeah." A total fighter.

Reaching the last couple of steps, Claire looked up. The Raccoon City Police Department is rather dull today. Not many people coming in nor out. Claire won't complain though. That lowers Chris's chances of having to leave out of no where and Claire doesn't want to deal with that today.

Today is dedicated to sibling time together.

Ambling over to the West set of stairs, the two siblings walked up them and Chris opened the door up, entering it and stepping to the side for Claire. The very second they got into the office, Marvin stood up and smiled at them. "Well then Claire, long time no see!" The man said with a kind voice and she nodded.

"Right? Nice to see you Marvin!" Claire replied to the man, getting off of the step of brown steps and greeting him more personally. Chris kept up. "Chris said you have something for me...?" "I sure do." He responded and walked to his desk, opening the wooden panel up and handing her a pin and patch.

The pin had a cherry on it and it was metallic. Decent in size too. As for the patch, it had the Harley Davidson logo on it. Claire giggled. "Saw those at a trinket shop in California when I visited this past month... Made me think of you, my daughters said it'd be a good idea to give them to you out of anyone." Marvin explained and Claire smiled at him.

"So thoughtful. Marvin, thanks so much!" She glanced back at Chris, who had his arms crossed as he was rested against the outer corner of the wall. Claire set them in the pocket of her leather jacket. "They'll go to great use. I promise." "I know. Glad you like them." He is so generous. Claire is grateful.

To the right of Claire, she noticed a man standing, adjusting the end sleeves of his uniform. She does not recognize him. He's cute. Claire looked down at her attire, then tightened her ponytail.

Chris did mention a couple of months back that a rookie recently joined the Police force and that he really wasn't all too bad. Respectful and understanding from what he described.

Marvin took notice of Claire's curiosity and said something.

"Hey Leon, come over here real quick." Leon? "Yeah?" Leon said with a friendly voice, standing beside Marvin and getting a good look at Claire. Wow, he is super handsome. "This is Claire Redfield, Chris's younger sister." "Claire? Nice to meet you, I am Leon Kennedy." He held his hand out and Claire was quick to shake it, which earned a smirk out of Chris, but he wasn't vocal about it. "Likewise."

They held eye contact for a few seconds, and even Marvin caught on. He looked over at Chris. Chris doesn't seem phased negatively. He's taken a liking to Leon. "I'm surprised I haven't met you sooner. Chris has talked about you a lot." "Has he now? What a brother you are, Chris." Claire messed with him and he snorted, shaking his head. "Yes well, I'm often times busy." "Understandable." Leon nodded with a gentle smile.

Marvin then spoke up.

"When will you be back at your dorm?" "Not for another week, haha, Spring break and all." "Right." He recalled.

Leon then said something.

"Oh? You're in College? What are you studying?" He seemed intrigued. "Studying Journalism." Claire gleamed at Leon and he propped his hand out, as if to give her kudos. "That's a good field. Good luck with that." "Thank you." Her cheeks were slightly flushed from blushing. She couldn't help him. He's attractive. As for Leon, he 100% finds her pretty. The second he seen her.

Talking about herself was boring.

"What made you want to be an officer?" Claire questioned him in a respective manner. "I want to make a change." "Don't we all?" Chris huffed out in agreement, getting up off of the wall. "Me too." Claire tilted her head and turned over to face Chris. He seems bored. Of course he is. He probably wants to get back to the office.

Sighing softly and giving a friendly gaze to the two men, one in which she'll be thinking about for awhile. "I best get going. I was going to take Chris out for lunch soon, so." Claire laughed breathlessly and both of the men nodded. "Yeah, okay." Leon nodded. "I hope I'll see you again sometime, Claire. It was really nice meeting you." Leon stated and Claire felt her stomach become full of butterflies.

What a sweetheart.

Claire shot him with a more flirtatious look.

"Likewise, Leon." She gave him an adorable little wave.

"See you around Marvin. Thanks again!" "Anytime Claire. Have a good break." "Will do."

Exiting the office, Chris closed the door behind Claire and took her small shoulder in his hand. "The rookie? Seriously? You are such a player." They both laughed obnoxiously, getting the attention of those around them. Composing herself, Claire shook her head. "He was totally into me!" "He was..." Chris led her back up the stairs.

What a funny little meet cute.
