"I was on the pinnacle of despair, it was you that allowed me to jump into the sea of romance below and honestly, I do not mind drowning as you are the breath that I breathe"
The morning started like any other for Vicky, she woke up first then made coffee by the time her first cup was done her niece and nephew had woken and she took care of them.
Samantha was still asleep and thanks to the app on her phone she knew that Samantha only went to sleep four hours ago, which meant she had a good night within the game because normally she only stayed on for an hour or two and not the whole night, it was around the afternoon when Vicky had the kids paint the outside of their home that Samantha finally risen.
Everyone knew not to disturb her before her first cup of coffee because she could bite your head off with just a look but to her kids they do not know the danger and when they heard the noise of the kettle and the spoon hitting the glass bowl they knew their mother was awake and quickly ran to greet her, they were not afraid of her in the least because even though she was not a morning person, Samantha would always put on a smile greet her children before asking them politely to allow her to have her first cup alone and in silence to which they went back to painting the side of the house.
Samantha sat down and took a sip of coffee while Vicky waited patiently while she slowly scrolled numbly through her phone looking a little guilty, Samantha not able to stand it anymore placed her cup down and gave her younger sister a glare.
"Vicky. Is something bothering you?" asked Samantha
"Did you see the comments?" asked Vicky as she handed Samantha her phone "I think you should look into it again, Sam they love you"
"Nope, no... hell no!" said Samantha as she handed Vicky her phone back "not now ok, if they find out... just no"
Vicky understood what Samantha meant by 'they' with Richard, Henry and Caitlyn still able to stay in contact with her also know that she is her gamer and her IGN name as well, they would make her life hell so maybe it was right to wait but her clips was shared over and over, receiving many likes and encouraging comments but mainly wanted to know if she streamed as well so they could follow her.
Before their conversation could continue their landlord walked in with a smile
Jules "Can I borrow your kids for a bit?"
"Did they do something?" Samantha asked
"No, it is not what you think" Jules replied with a smile "you should come see for yourself.
They walked outside to where her children were suspiciously quiet and saw the artwork on the wall, Samantha saw the happiness within it but also knew that they were using their paint on the side of the house rather than the paper which was abandoned and scattered across the tiny yard.
"I am so sorry, I will clean it up" said Samantha "Charmaine, Charls, get inside and clean yourselves please"
"No it is wonderful but there is a blank wall in front of my home which I think will be better suited for them until I can repaint your home so that they can paint here" said the Landlord "I believe that their talents will be better shown their"
Samantha was surprised by this as she saw Vicky smile "Go get some sleep I will watch them and think about it ok" before taking both her children and leading them away with their landlord, Samantha walked back into the house, finished her coffee made herself something small to eat before climbing back into bed and opening her laptop, she had some work to do as a freelancer and would first do it before she even though about sleeping.
It was then she received a notification sound that she opened her chat and saw that she had a Dm, a small smile appeared on her face and thanked her guild leader for the alliance Dm otherwise she would have never noticed the Direct message from Onithreash.
