"353 days."

Y/N POV:

As Mike approached her slowly, "Eleven."

"Mike," she replied softly, and they wrapped their arms around each other.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I watched them embrace, feeling the relief and joy wash over me.

"Is that...?" Max whispered.

"Yes," Arlo, Dustin, Mike, and I confirmed, our voices barely above a whisper, tears streaming down our cheeks.

Mike began speaking to El. "I never stopped thinking about you. I called you every night. Every night for-"

"353 days," Eleven interrupted. "I heard," she added.

"Why didn't you tell me you were there? That you were okay?" Mike's voice trembled with emotion.

"Because I wouldn't let her," Hopper's firm voice interrupted from behind us. He moved closer to El, his expression serious. "What's going on? Where have you been?" he demanded.

"Where have you been?" Eleven's voice cracked with emotion, but Hopper ignored her protests and pulled her into a tight embrace.

We looked at them, confused, as they pulled away.

"Hey, kid," my dad smiled at her, and she returned the smile, as I read their minds.

"You've been hiding her this whole time," I said, looking at Hopper and my dad.

"You've been hiding her!" Mike yelled, punching Hopper.

"Hey!" Hopper exclaimed. "Let's talk," he said aggressively, then pulled Mike into a bedroom. I glared at my dad, but I knew now was not the time for a fight. Just as I was about to turn to El, I got attacked by a hug, making me stumble back lightly.

"Y/n," El whispered as I chuckled and wrapped my arms around her.

"El," I said, feeling relieved to have her back. "I missed you."

"I missed you too," we both pulled away.

"Your hair," I touched her hair. "It's pretty," I said to her as we both chuckled.

"Hey kid. You do know how to give heart attack to Hopper," My dad said chuckling as El chuckled and hugged him. As they pulled away my dad noticed my glare at him. He smiled and ruffled my hair and walked away probably to Hopper.

I looked over to my shoulder, and I moved as Arlo and El hugged each other.

"We all missed you," Arlo said, pulling away.

"Me too," El smiled at him.

Lucas and Dustin approached her and enveloped her in a hug.

"We missed you," Lucas said warmly.
