At the Davila Grounds

It was in the AM's, the pack were all asleep. Lycus was also asleep, but not sleeping very peacefully. He was tossing and turning as he had a nightmare.

In his nightmare he saw images of a terrible storm, and it hits the grounds hard. One of the last things he saw before gasping awake was his own cabin falling on top of him.

Lycus sighed, he grabbed the glass of water on his nightstand and took a sip before picking up his phone. He decided since he wouldn't be sleeping for a while that he would text Renee.

Him and his mate texted back and forth for a couple of minutes, until finally Lycus convinced Renee to come over to the grounds. He didn't wanna be alone right now.

Soon enough he saw his door open and close as Renee entered his cabin, "You're lucky I love you, it's late I shouldn't be out right now".

"I know I'm sorry, I just need some company and someone to talk to and I didn't feel like ranting to Con or Jen right now so..", Lycus trailed off.

Renee cupped his cheek, "Well you can always rant to me sugar, I'm always here for ya".

The couple shared a passionate kiss with each other, Lycus pulling away first with a blush and smile, "Thanks for being here".

Renee smiled, "Of course, now tell me what's on your mind, you mentioned a nightmare so if you wanna tell me about it go for it".

Lycus sighed, "I saw a storm come over the grounds, a bad storm...and then it switched to a quick flash of my cabin crashing down on me...then I woke up".

Renee tilted her head curiously, "Hmm, y'know maybe you seeing all these things isn't a coincidence, I mean you and Zach basically saw each other".

"Yeah I know, I wonder if he had the same dream or had any flashes when I was asleep", Lycus wondered.

Renee shrugged, "Couldn't tell ya, when I walked by his room the door was shut and it was quiet".

"Maybe I can ask him later, but that's besides the point", Lycus laid back onto his bed, "I really hope none of these dreams or visions actually come true, because so far they've been wack as hell".

Renee laid next to him, "I agree, hopefully they don't come to be real, but if they do", she took his hand, "I'll stay by your side no matter what".

Lycus smiled before turning himself and Renee onto their sides so he could hold her better. They began to kiss again, this time more passionate than the first. They ran their hands up and down each other's body.

But before things got too heated, Renee pulled away, "Alright alright now calm down, I love you but...not tonight, you need to get some sleep, some real sleep".

Lycus sighed moving his head closer to her chest, "And how do you suppose I do that"?

Renee smirked, "Just listen to my breathing as you focus on yours, your own breathing will soon match up with mine further relaxing you...then you'll be sleeping like a baby".

Lycus laughed slightly, "Whatever you say..".

The couple eventually laid together as Renee watched Lycus slowly fall asleep. She smiled, happy to see him getting some rest. She kissed his forehead, and told herself she would stay until the sun began to rise.

The morning came and Lycus noticed that Renee was gone, he expected it though; he knew she had to go because of the sunlight.

Lycus got up and got ready for his day, picking out a casual outfit and put his hair half up. He slid on some shoes and made his way outside to see Ruben pacing around the fire pit.
