I can finally have my Mikha for myself. Matagal ko nang hinihintay ang pagkakataon na ito. Dalawang taon na ang nakalipas nang makita ko ang pinakamagandang babae na nasaksihan ko sa buong buhay ko.
********FLASHBACK********
"See you around, Aiah!" a beautiful girl kissed Ate Aiah on the cheeks. My sister just told her off while the beauty made cute faces before disappearing into the crowd of students.
"Ate, who's that?" I asked my older sister to which she replied, "That kid is Mikha Lim."
"Ate, she's beautiful. I like her." Ginulo ni Ate Aiah ang buhok ko habang tumatawa.
"Ikaw talaga, Ian hahaha tara na nga umuwi na tayo." That night, hinanap ko kung saang college department siya under.
The next day, sabay kaming pumasok ni Ate Aiah. Second year college student siya, at ako naman ay freshman. I saw Mikha waving in our direction sa harap ng parking lot.
"Ah, shit. There she is, again." I heard my sister sigh before we get off her car.
"Good morning, Aiah. I bought you some coffee~" Mikha handed Ate Aiah an SB.
"I don't like coffee. Here, Ian sa'yo na lang." She passed me the cup of hot coffee. Mikha pouted at my sister's action.
Damn, shawty.
Napatingin siya sa akin na para bang ngayon niya lang ako napansin dito sa tabi ng kapatid ko.
"Si Ian, brother ko." Ate Aiah introduced me to her. I tried to straighten my back to compose myself but ended up squeaking a small, "Hi."
"Una na ako, Ian. Chat ka na lang kung sasabay ka sakin later, love you." Ate Aiah said before she made her way out of the parking lot. Mikha didn't even gave me a second glance before she dances her way pasunod sa ate ko.
I sighed.
Ang torpe ko naman... Pero at least I got to have the coffee Mikha gave Ate Aiah.
I took my sharpie to shade Ate Aiah's name and pinaltan ng 'Ian' before making my way sa unang class ko.
The following days, madalas kong nakikita si Ate Aiah na kasama si Mikha kaya minsan sinasadya ko na ring sumabay sa kaniya papasok at pauwi para makita ko si Mikha.
One day, Ate Aiah got sick and was absent so I ended up using my own car. I was eating my lunch in the cafeteria when someone sat in front of me. I almost choked on my food when I saw Mikha looking at me.
"You're an Arceta, right?" I just nod dahil natatakot ako na baka pumiyok ako sa kaba. Bakit siya narito? Ano'ng kailangan niya sa akin, hindi ko naman kasama si Ate.
"Do you know Aiah Arceta?" I nodded again. Grabe, pinakilala na ako ni Ate sa kaniya, hindi niya manlang ba ako natatandaan?
"What? Cat got your tongue? Bakit tango ka nang tango?" Mataray niyang tanong.
