Madeline's pov "Ooo how about pizza?" I was laying upside down on our bed while Milo was sitting against our headboard massaging my feet as I scrolled through the nearest food options. "What if we just went out? Why should we stay in all day?" I sighed and pulled myself up against him.
"Well I have a few ideas we could try" I ran my hands down his chest and he grabbed my hand kissing my palm. "You're such a freak Maddie" he kissed me softly running his hands through my hair so I smiled against his lips happy I won. I reached my hands under his shirt and he pulled back "put some pants on we're going for a walk" he slid out from under me laughing proudly as we left our room.
"NO ONE LIKES A TEASE MILO" I heard laugh and I slumped against the pillows a little upset I didn't get my way. "MADDIE OUT THE DOOR IN 3" I groaned as I slowly dragged myself out of the bed and changed. I took a long deep breathe as I stared at my hair and decided I didn't want to deal with it so I threw it up into a bun.
I slowly dragged myself to the living room as Milo watched me smugly leaning against the front door. "Aww Maddie" he walked towards me and pulled my converses out from his back. He got down on his knees and put my shoes on "wanna carry me?" He kissed my nose and grabbed my hand "what if I don't wanna?" I rolled my eyes as we walked out the door hand in hand not bothering to lock it "I'd say you were a horrible boyfriend" he laughed at me but did as I asked. I took a picture of us with me on his back as we or I guess he walked down the streets of LA.
We had been walking for about an hour now and yet no food. "Look there's a thrift store" I perked up pausing my music "Oooo can we go? Please Mi?!!!!" He leaned his head down so we were face to face "duh lady duh" I giggled as we jay-walked the street running towards the store. He opened the door as he always did "after you" I walked in and it had that old smell. I know most people didn't like that smell but I loved it.
We spent close to an hour in that thrift store and I only bought a sheer blue 60s night dress that I thought Amelia would look good in. "Ok can we get food now? And why did we walk we have a car!" Milo held the bag and my hand as we walked down the street "wanna take the train?" I cut my eyes at him "do I have a choice?" He wrapped his arms around me from the side resting his head in top of mine "nope".
We walked towards this pizza place and jumped happily "yay you did hear me!" He pushed me away slightly and then opened the door for me. I immediately ran to the cashier and began to ordering. "Hi! Could I get one slice of pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on it and whatever he wants" I said pointing behind me. Milo walked up behind me and quickly searched the menu.
"I'll just get a pepperoni pizza" the lady giggled slightly "umm is that all?" I looked up at Milo and he grabbed me from behind pulling me against his chest "that'll be all" he handed the lady a twenty "ugh keep the change". We walked away with him still holding me against his chest. "Milo you're drawing attention to us" he turned me around and kissed me "I love you and I don't care if the world knows" I pushed him off of me as we waited for our pizza to be done.
"MILO?" We walked over to the girl and I grabbed the bag "I'm sorry but do you mind if I took a picture with you? I love Zombies" I watched as Milo giddily spoke to his fan. I took her phone from her and took the picture of her and Milo. "Thank you so much!" We walked out and decided to go to a park. We sat on a bench near a curb and ate our food.
