Madeline's pov "Will you get out of bed?" Luna said as she pulled the blanket off of me. "Ugh go away! I want to sleep" I snatched the blanket back and she climbed into bed with me. Luna wrapped her arms around me from behind and I laughed "you're so dumb" she kissed my cheek and leaned in closer to me.
"I love you Mads, and I appreciate everything you've done for me" I held her hands against my chest and kissed them "I love you too Loones". "So are you going to get out of bed?" I looked over my shoulder at my little sister and smiled "ok ok give me like 20 minutes, Milo is supposed to be calling me soon" "okay" Luna squeezed me before running out of my bedroom.
My phone rang and I picked it up "hey baby" I felt my face heat up at his greeting "I miss you come back" Milo smiled at me "you don't even have to ask me twice. I'll be back tomorrow after the premiere tonight I think we're all going out" I smiled at him "Luna and I are gonna watch Prom Pact later today" Milo rolled his eyes "don't do that, it's embarrassing. I filmed it last year you know before my glow up" "you literally never needed a glow up" I stood up and set my phone on our dresser.
"When you come back we should go on a date like do something just me and you" Milo was moving around but eventually the camera refocused on his face as he sat down "I would love that" I smiled at him slightly blushing "I'm really proud of you. I'm so happy you're filming and doing stuff you love" Milo closed his eyes as his makeup artist brushed something on his face "Maddie you'll find it I swear. If you don't wanna stay typecasted I would suggest getting away from Tim Burton sooner rather than later" I knew he was right but also who was I to walk away from someone like Tim Burton?
Luna walked back in my room and waved to Milo "hey Mi how's the premiere?" He narrowed his eyes playfully "it would be better if you were here" Luna stuck her tongue out "sorry Mi we had to take Brady home because someone kept making him miss his plane" Luna shrugged as I put my converses on.
"Luna wants us to go but call me after your after party. I love you ok?" Milo blew a kiss at me "I love you too" he hung up and Luna started fake vomiting "you guys are so gross" I slapped her forehead and we walked out of our apartment. "What should we do?" I unlocked my car and we got in "wanna get boba, boba girl?" Luna squealed "yes! Bruh I haven't had boba in like weeks" "didn't Milo take you and Brady a few days ago?" Luna waved me off "don't worry about that!"
When we arrived at "Boba Luna" she immediately ran in not bothering to wait for me. I walked in scanning the brightly lit building. I wasn't that big of a fan of boba so I waited at the register for Luna. "I got it" I paid for her and Luna hugged me from behind "you're such a good big sister" "you're so annoying I swear "Can we go to the mall?" She asked letting me go "sure".
