A/N - So, I've posted a prequel to this series it's called Chloe's Life Before Waterloo Road' It's basically Chloe before she joined Waterloo Road.

Chloe and Max were worrying about Aubree and she was getting upset all the time again. As it was only 5am Chloe and Max were still in bed "we should get up soon" Chloe groaned "I don't want too" Max smiled and he moved Chloe so she was lying down "I could always wake you up" Chloe grinned "oh yeah? How?" Max smirked and he began kissing her "like that" Chloe sighed "wish I could" Max looked at her "you could" Chloe rolled her eyes "think about it, Aubree will be waking soon" Max smirked against Chloe's neck "it's 5am, she doesn't wake until 7" Chloe shrugged, Max had a point so she started kissing him.
Charlotte and Tom were making breakfast for the kids. When they came down Taitlyn was singing "what you singing?" Taitlyn giggled "me and Aubree heard Chloe singing let it go" Charlotte smiled "aw, does Aubree sing too?" Taitlyn nodded "yeah".
Max and Chloe were getting ready when there was a bang and Isla started crying so Chloe put down her mascara and ran downstairs "Isla hurt herself mummy" Chloe looked at Isla who was screaming "shh its okay, you're okay" Isla rested her head on Chloe's shoulder and Max came down "is she okay?" Chloe nodded "yeah, she's fine".
Tom and Charlotte arrived at the school after taking the kids to playgroup and nursery. Once they were out the car Charlotte noticed Max's car was there "Chloe and Max are here" Tom nodded "I can see that" Charlotte grinned "I might try and find her" Tom rolled his eyes but laughed "she's either with Max in the office or staffroom" Charlotte grinned and kissed him.
Just as Tom thought Chloe was in the office with Max and he wouldn't let her leave "Max, come on, we can do this tonight" Max smirked and continued kissing her so Chloe gave in and he began kissing her neck just as the door opened "oh, sorry" Max and Chloe pulled away to see Sonya standing there "Mr Tyler, there's someone here to see you" Chloe turned to the door as the person walked in "Jennifer?" Chloe saw Max's ex-wife standing there with Chris Mead next to her "hello Max, I take it this is the one you left me for" Chloe rolled her eyes and Jennifer looked at her "I can see why he fell for you, young, brunette and pretty. It won't last. The minute there's someone else in sight he'll leave you and the child you have" Chloe scoffed "shows how much you know, we have two kids now" Jennifer rolled her eyes and Max looked at Chris "why are you here?" Chris smiled at Chloe "because I'm teaching at Havelock" Chloe rolled her eyes again "then why are you here? At Waterloo Road?" Chris sighed "because I was asked to find a young promising student teacher who could join the teaching team" Chloe was confused "and what?" "I wanna tell them about you" Chloe burst out laughing "yo-you think I wanna work at Havelock?" Chris nodded "it's a good school Chloe" Chloe rolled her eyes "I think I'd prefer to stay here".
Jennifer and Chris left the office and Chloe turned back to Max "that was funny" Max smirked "indeed" Chloe grinned just as Charlotte came in "Chloe, are you okay?" Chloe nodded "yeah".
Chloe and Charlotte sat in the staffroom with Sonya having a chat "Mr Tyler and Mr Clarkson are both good looking" Chloe laughed as did Charlotte "shame they're both married" Chloe grinned "keep all hands off Max" "same goes for Tom" Sonya grinned.
Chris was still in the school and Chloe was walking down the corridor "I never though I'd see the day Chloe Mason was in school as a student teacher" Chloe rolled her eyes "I think it's best if you stay away from me" Chris frowned "Chloe?" Chloe sighed and looked at him "you nearly ruined my relationship with Max, I love him, I chose him" Chris sighed "Chloe, Max is only after one thing and once he's got it he'll leave you" Chloe rolled her eyes again "he's already got it and he's still here isn't he?".
Max was walking down the corridor when he saw Chloe and Chris "what's going on?" Chloe turned to him and she walked over "just him, trying to say you're planning on leaving me soon" Max nodded "well he's wrong" Chris rolled his eyes "can you honestly say you love her?" Max smirked "I know you're jealous but she's mine" Chloe grinned "I should go" Max kissed her and she walked off.
Charlotte and Tom sat in his classroom and he was sorting lessons out "Chris Mead is here" Charlotte looked up and nodded "cool" Tom sighed "with Max's ex-wife" Charlotte was shocked "does Chloe know?" Tom nodded and spoke "she was in the office when they both turned up" "wow, I bet she's not happy".
A Few Hours Later
School had ended so Chloe and Max made their way to the car but not before bumping into Jennifer again "if you've come to start" Max warned but Jennifer spoke "I've not, I remarried, he's in the LEA" Max nodded "good, that's good" Jennifer smiled "I just came to say that I hope you're both happy together" Max frowned as Jennifer walked off "well.. that went well" Max nodded "indeed".
Aubree was now in full time school so when Max and Chloe finished work they went to pick her up. The school Aubree attended was strict as they refused to let a child leave without their parents being seen. Chloe and Max stood in the playground, Isla was with Rachel as she only did a half day still. Aubree's classroom door eventually opened and Chloe saw Aubree who looked upset "Aubree, there's your mummy and daddy" Aubree looked over "can you tell them I'd like a word?" Aubree nodded. "Mummy, Daddy my teacher want talk to you" Chloe smiled and she walked over with Max "nothing to worry about but Aubree has been a tad upset today, she mentioned something about not seeing her grandmother?" Chloe looked at Aubree who was hiding behind Max's legs "she just hasn't seen her in a while" the teacher nodded "right, well Aubree, I'll see you tomorrow".
Charlotte was playing with the kids while Tom caught up on some marking "why does daddy have to do that?" Charlotte smiled "because it's his work" Jacob nodded and Tom spoke up "Isla and Lillie's birthday's are coming up" Charlotte smiled "yeah, me and Chloe were discussing it earlier" Tom rolled his eyes but smiled "I'll go start dinner" Tom nodded "alright".
Chloe, Max and the girls had just ate dinner and now the girls were playing "mummy I feel sick" Chloe looked over to Aubree who looked pale "come here" Aubree came over and Chloe puck her up "shall we get you changed for bed?" Aubree nodded and Max came in with Aubree's pyjamas.
Once Charlotte, Tom and the kids had eaten Charlotte took the kids to bed. After they were tucked up Charlotte sat with Tom "they're all asleep" Tom smiled and kissed her "have you spoken to Chlo?" Charlotte shook her head "not since Lillie was born" Tom sighed "I think she misses you" Charlotte smiled and kissed him "I'll message her tomorrow" Tom nodded "thank you, I know she'd appreciate it". Tom and Charlotte were both having an early night so around 9pm they went up to bed and both fell asleep instantly.
Max took the girls to bed while Chloe sat on the sofa. When he came down he sat next to her "were they okay?" Max nodded and kissed her "Aubree looked poorly" Max sighed "I'm sure she's fine" Chloe turned to look at him "yeah?" "yeah". It was around 10pm when Chloe and Max went up to bed and the minute they were in the bedroom Max began passionatley kissing her "I love you" Max smirked against her lips "I know, I love you too" Chloe grinned and they continued what they were doing. Around half an hour later they were still at it when there was a small knock at bedroom door "stop" Max got off Chloe and she sat up "Aubree, come here" the bedroom door opened and Aubree came in "I no feel well" Chloe smiled and she noticed Max shuffling under the duvet "were you and daddy having love?" Chloe grinned and Max smirked "come here" Aubree came over and Chloe put her in the bed "sleep here tonight" Aubree nodded.
It was around 2am when Aubree started throwing up. Max turned the lamp on to see a load of sick on the duvet "I'll take her to the bathroom" Chloe nodded and she climbed out of bed to change the bedding. Instead of putting Aubree in their bed Max put her in her own and she was given the washing up bowl. Climbing back into bed Max pulled Chloe into his arms "that was fun" Max smirked and kissed her before they both fell asleep.
