First Person
"Come on, cheer up. I am here now."
Jisung spoke, rubbing my lower back as I whaled into my white pillowcase. I loved Jisung to bits, but I wanted to be alone.
"Please, Ji. Let me be alone."
I was sobbing into the pillow, curling up into a ball.
A soft knock came at my door. Jisung removed his hand from my lower back and walked out the door.
Sitting up, grabbing the blanket that lay across at the bottom of my bed. I heard muffled talking behind the door.
It sounded like Jisung was telling someone off. Never in my life have I heard Jisung give someone a telling-off.
My bedroom door opened, revealing Jisung and Chan. His eyes wouldn't meet mine, and his hands were shoved into his pockets as he rocked back and forth.
"Y/n before you-"
"What is he doing here?! I told him, I don't want to talk to or see him right now."
"I know you said that, but you need to know why he did what he did. Please"
Jisung gave me his pleading anime eyes. Damnit, I wouldn't say I like the fact I always give in to him. I must control myself.
"Fine"
Jisung ran over and hugged me tightly before patting Chan's back as he left the room, shutting it behind him and leaving us alone.
"Y/n, look, I didn't mean to make you so upset. Yes, telling him to end your date was wrong; I'll admit that, but I couldn't bear to see you go on a date with someone."
"Why did you do it?"
"Because I hid my feelings from you."
Feelings?
I sat there, all shocked. He had feelings for me but acted like a total jerk. He still refuses to make eye contact with me.
"What are you on about Christopher?"
"I have been in love with you for a while now. I pushed my feelings aside because I didn't think you fancy a kind but always working guy like me. So when you were going on this date, I lost it a bit, wishing that it was me going on a date with you."
I couldn't believe it. Bahng Christopher Chan was confessing to me.
"I tried my hardest to push these feelings away, but they only grew more and more for you. I am head over heels in love with you. Can you find it in your heart and forgive this idiot?"
A small smile formed. I kicked off the blanket, walking over to him before cupping his face into my hands.
Our eyes finally met each other. Pushing up on my tippy toes before brushing my lips against his and sharing a quick but sweet kiss.
He moved his hands onto my waist and lower back, pulling me closer and deepening the kiss.
"I love you Y/n"
"I love you too, Chan."
