Chapter 14

Ahsoka POV

After the ship landed and we exited through the gate, I immediately recognized where we were.

Ahsoka: Dathomir?

I asked as I looked at Y/N.

Y/N: The nightsisters are the best healers of the galaxy, they'll be able to help you.

Ahsoka: There's no chance they'll consider helping me, we're not their allies.

Y/N: We'll have to try at least.

I felt my leg giving in and fell on my knee.

Ahsoka: Dammit.

I whispered in frustration.

Y/N: Let me help you.

Ahsoka: I can walk myself.

I assured him as I stood up, just to drop back to my knee.

Y/N: No, you can't.

He claimed before picking me up and approaching the temple with me in his hands.

Ahsoka: I have a bad feeling about this.

Y/N: Don't dwell on those feelings.

Once we got close to the temple's gate, four Nightsisters approached us, all of them had their bows ready to fire their arrows at us.

"Stand down, strangers. Or you will die."

Y/N: We're not looking for trouble, I just need one of your healers to help her out.

"You think we heal strangers just like that?"

Y/N: You don't?

"There's a price you must pay."

Y/N: I will.

"You're both armed."

Y/N: Just for self defense.

"Your weapons, now."

She demanded, reaching her hand out to collect them.

Y/N handed her his dagger while I gave her Dooku's lightsaber.

"You're a Jedi?"

I nodded.

Ahsoka: Yes. But this is not my saber.

"You have another one on you?"

Ahsoka: No, I lost it in combat.

"You Jedi are becoming really clumsy."

Ahsoka: Probably because there's not enough of us while the number of wars keeps rising.

"You got yourself into this mess but alright, we're not here to discuss politics. Let's get you inside, maybe we can help you after all."

They let us inside but forced Y/N to wait in a room with two Nightsisters guarding him while I was led into the ritual room to meet the "Mother".

Y/N POV

I was sitting in a seat, the room was old and dark, the only source of light was a bunch of candles, scattered all around the room.

The two Nightsisters were shooting sneaky gazes at me, but their eyes darted away every time I looked at them.

Suddenly, the silence was broken by a door being opened and immediately closed again as a slim, hooded figure entered the room.

She took off her hood and I immediately recognized who it was.

Y/N: Ventress?

Asajj: Y/N...so you did survive after all.

Y/N: Who said that I died?
