Chapter-35

Ranvijay's gaze was settled on Disha as she was sitting there on the sofa while her eyes were fixed on him as well. As soon as Ranvijay told everyone of the younsters to leave, they without saying another word left from the room in a second giving the couple privacy. While on the other hand, he stood rooted to his place looking attentively at Disha who sat there wearing a light pink coloured plain saree with broad golden border over it. Her red coloured bindi settled between her eyebrows got his all focus as he looked away from her brown eyes.

She, without any effort, looked naturally beautiful in a way that even the poets will fail to explain it. Ranvijay was just a mere human being. Even before he had been amazed by her beauty, she was exactly the kind of woman every men would beg for and Ranvijay definitely was not any different from those men. He had no shame to admit that he is also a part of that list.

"You came back early?"

Ranvijay heard her asking as he walked towards her.

"Didn't had much work at the company,"

Ranvijay replied which earned a simple nod from her side as she stood up from her place taking step forward inside the room.

He was very well aware about the reason behind her ignorance. Even though he had talked to her regarding that matter last night yet didn't received a proper answer. There is as if a boundary between both of them and Ranvijay had been the one who drew it firstly and with the actions he had done in the past it just grew broader.

All that has happened had made him further guilty. His mind had never been in such a state of misery ever for a reason such small, it was just a matter of having a conversation and sort things out but that seemed a difficult task to him. At the moment, he did not know how to explain to her what is going on in his mind at the moment. In fact, he was not able to explain it to himself as well.

Nonetheless, taking a deep breathe Ranvijay walked upto her and opened his mouth to say something but before words can leave his mouth, she spoke,

"Rana ji,"

"Yes, Rani sa,"

He responded as she turned her head to look at Ranvijay, her amber brown eyes settling on his face.

A minute went by and she didn't speak a single word. Finally after what felt like an infinity she took a deep breathe and turned fully to look at Ranvijay her focus settling on him completely before speaking,

"Whatever happened and is happening between both of us, no one needs to know about it. Everyone is already worried about all this and I don't want to add more to their worries. It should remain in between these four walls,"

She told him, her voice simple yet filled with surety. She was so much clear with her words, knowing exactly what she wanted to say. At the same time being fully aware of the fact that her words might be sharp as a knife but she cared less about it.
