Things were looking dire for Heather, what seemed like the opportunity to finally take down Dagur has proven to be a great mistake, now her Dragon was ensnared by chains and struggling to break free, however The berserker Vikings was also having trouble pulling them in as their ships looked about to capsize, so long Windshear keeps at it they just might be able to escape.
Heather: come on we got this girl!
This glimmer of hope is quickly dashed away when she looks overhead and sees the rest of fleet now closing in.
Heather: ...or not!
The ships were now in range to fire three more chains at Windshear, she lifts her head a little which causes two of them to miss, sadly the third one grabs ahold the lower back of her neck, Heather tries to pull it off but it was to late, the ones that missed before now fire of again and nearly hitting her in the face, time seemed to slow down as she watch the chains fly past her and swing around right towards her, she is then wrapped around at her waist and chest and now pinned against Windshear, the boats have completely surrounded them And Windshear was getting dragged further down.
Dagur: Hahahahaha!!!
Heather: c-come on Windshear! get us out of here!
Dagur: oh Heather... don't fight it~
everyone covers their ears as a ear piercingly loud roar is heard from a distance that caused even the boats to tremble, Dagur looks around the skies for whatever dragon could cause such a roar, looking from above he could see a large figure fly past him, the dragon was-
Daguar: Looks like we have an uninvited guest. Ragnar! I would like to catch up but I'm a little busy at the moment, so how about I hold up my promise from before? Men! Take out that Dragon!
(Ragnar pov)
The last thing I expected my day to go was me avoiding chains and Bolas being thrown at me out in the ocean, yet here I was doing exactly that. I continued to circle around in the air and assess the situation more, each boat had winches that were used to Restrain Windshear and Heather and pulling them closer to Dagur and one other human who had net ready in his hand.
Dagur: yes! Come to Dagur!
Windshear: A little help here Ragnar!
Ragnar: working on it!
I go to land on one of the ships and as expected, four Vikings come charging in with axes at the ready, for the first one to attack me I quickly grab him with my pincer and slam him to the ground making a large hole all the way to the bottom of the ship as water was now spewing out and causing the ship to flood, the rest still confident in their numbers still come at me, so I make my right wing into its sword like shape and slash diagonally aiming for a decapitation, but they manage to duck in time and I ended up cutting down the mast which falls to the ocean, I then swing my tail around knocking away the last three out to the water, one of them gets sent towards one of the other boats, their back hits the bow of the ship with an audible crack as he falls to the ocean.
With them out of the way I put my attention to the Winch at the further and end of the ship and blast a beam of dragon element and disintegrated it making the chain loosen of off Windshear allowing her to get a little bit further away from Dagur.
Windshear: I can see your taking your time with it!
Ragnar: do you want to be rescued or not?
