Greater Than Gold (Complete)

Tucker and I were sitting in the office of the gym waiting for the first group or so people to arrive.

"You know how you call me Tuckie Wucky to get under my skin or just for the hell of it?" he questions

"Yeah, what about it" I asked

"Well since I'm your Tuckie Wuckie, you're my Emmy Wemmy" he replied

"Awe! That's too cute, I love it," I tell him

He leaned over my desk and kissed me before the front door to the gym opened and people poured in.

"Let's do this," I say as I stand up and make my way out of the office and start to greet people before I give a huge greeting followed by my work, how I came to learn of this sport, and what my goal is for all the girls and boys to do.

"Now you all can see that I have a big picture of myself with my medals and wins. But it's not to brag, it's to show that if you work hard enough and train hard you too can be in the same position I was in that picture.

"What do you think of what Maggie did to you for him?" someone asked as they pointed to Lance.

"Well I think it was uncalled for and I was blindsided by it as was coach Tucker which is why he decided not to coach her and will be here with me to coach. Sometimes he will be absent since he's still team coordinator and that is fine I am very much capable of training a lot of people alone" I answered

"How would a potential gymnast set goals for themselves?" another asked

"Whether they are female or male it doesn't matter because both are in the sport. They can ask themselves what it is that they want. Are they wanting to perfect their ability to train and be taught how to be a gymnast or are they just not caring and wasting time? If they are wanting to perfect or learn how to be a gymnast and reach for the stars or just go for the win of gold then they must understand that with that goal in mind, they will need to dedicate their time and effort into the practice. Need to come every day that practice is and give it their all. Yes, there will be off days and days where it seems like us coaches are against you. But we aren't we are just trying to help you reach that goal you have and not feel as if you're gonna fail. There will be days where it seems like all you hear is harsh or mean comments and you will want to give up over that issue alone. But if you talk with us and let us know that our words hurt you we'll do our best to tone it down and just coach normally and not like we are angered people" I answered

After all that was said and done Lance gave them a tour before we met back in the front and the ones that decided it was for them or the parents decided it was for their kid, they stayed and we went over all the fees and everything that will happen from that point forth.
