I get back to my room and grab my phone to check the time, it's almost 1 pm. Damn, I slept that long? I try to figure out what to do before the date, and I decide to stream just for fun. I sit at my computer, and I open Roblox, Discord, and Twitch. I start my stream and wait for a few people to join. Once it gets to 1,000 viewers, I start streaming.

"Hey chat! It's been a while. What game should we play today?" I say as I scan the chat, most people say Roblox, and there are a few GTA, Rainbow 6, and Minecraft thrown in there. I smile and say, "Chat, we played Roblox last week. What about Rainbow 6? I haven't played that in forever." Most of the chat agrees, and I load up Rainbow 6. I talk to chat while it loads.

Once Rainbow loads up, I decide to do a multiplayer quick match. Once I load in, my teammates immediately speak, and I notice it's all guys, and I sigh almost immediately. "Hey! Are you good at this game or nah?" one of them says. I contemplate whether to speak or not, and I realize I'm streaming, so I kind of have to. "Uhm, I haven't played this in forever, but I think I'm kinda okay". I look at my teammates' names, and I notice they're names I've seen before in games: swaggersouls, sniping_soup, mcnasty, and ... yumi? I didn't recognize the other names until I saw Yumis. I noticed Swaggersouls spoke first. "Okay, well, Yumi is kinda godly at this game, so watch out," he continues, and I hear Yumi laugh. "Yeah, I've seen some of his siege stuff before, but not a whole lot," I say, and I look over in chat, and they're all spamming about Yumi and the others, and my viewer count has gone up drastically. "Oh really? You watch my stuff?" Yumi says; it's the first time he's even spoken.

"I mean, I don't really watch siege stuff anymore, but I used to. My best friend and I always watch your idiots in cars videos whenever we eat, but she's the real fan."

"Idiots in cars is great, a lot of people know me from that, so I'm not surprised." 

Then the game starts, I have a fun time hearing their jokes, and I gotta admit, Yumi is pretty good at this game, like he's always been. 

"Y/n, GO PLANT THE BOMB BEFORE I DO SOMETHING HORRIBLE," Soup yells. I smile and try to plant the bomb, then "defeated" flashes across the screen, and I palm my face. 

"Go easy on her soup, she said she hasn't played in a good bit," McNasty says. "Yeah, dude, let her warm up a bit," Yumi chimes in. I'm grateful they defended me, but I know Soup was only joking.

"Okay, well, thank you, guys, for playing all this siege with me, I had a really fun time," I say smiling to myself. "Yeah, I like you a lot, y/n, maybe we can play again sometime, you're not as bad as I thought", I hear Yumi say. I roll my eyes at his backhanded compliment. Then I get a friend request from all of the squad.

I accept them, and I say my goodbyes. I say bye to the stream, and I end it. I look over at my clock, and it's 3 pm I should probably start getting ready for the "friend" date.
