Wings of fire: Dimensional dragons

Silver had been alone in his and Gradient's cave for a few days, Gradient hadn't even been gone for a week and Silver was already feeling lonely. Silver began to realize how quiet everything was without Gradient, no brush strokes, no strange one sided conversations about random stuff in the background.

Silver honestly missed how weird Gradient was, his weirdness had filled the silence for so long but now Silver was alone. Silver heard a loud noise and quickly jumped up in both fear and surprise, he wasn't expecting anyone. Silver nervously walked toward the noise until he entered Gradient's room, one of his buckets of paint had been knocked over, and whoever knocked it over left a trail of bright blue paint.

He nervously approached the side room attached to Gradient's room, in it was a bunch of stored paints and Stonecrusher, covered in blue paint on his talons. Stonecrusher had a guilty look as had nervously smiled and said, "Oh... Hey Silver..." Silver then said, "H-Hey Stonecrusher, what are you doing here?"

Stonecrusher nervously then said, "Well, I wanted to see you... And Queen Vigilance wanted me to spy on you." Silver laughed a bit and said, "Well, you did terrible, you tripped over some paint and left a trail." Stonecrusher laughed a bit to and said, "I was honestly just thinking of you, you're really distracting with your pretty colors and cute face." Silver blushed bright red, as did Stonecrusher as he seemingly realized what he'd said.

Silver and Stonecrusher stood in awkward silence before Stonecrusher said, "So... Would you like to go get something to eat perhaps?" Silver blushed and nodded saying, "I.... I would love to." Silver and Stone crushed then quickly walked side by side, Silver couldn't believe how easily he'd gotten this date, it was like the stars aligned perfectly for him, especially since Stonecrusher was such a strong, caring dragon, Silver could not be luckier.
