Fathom was awoken by a small noise and tap on his his wings, as he opened his eyes he was frightened by Darkstalker. Darkstalker then said, "Oh, good, you're awake, Fathom, I need your help with something." Fathom looked around and saw it was just turning to day, "Ok.... What do you need?" Fathom asked.
Darkstalker then said, "Well, I've been looking into many futures and noticed a pattern that I want to stop." Fathom nodded and said, "Ok, but wouldn't Clearsight be better for this?" Darkstalker shook his head and said, "Unfortunately from what I've seen, her helping me causes problems with what I'm trying to do."
"Ok, so what do you need help with?" Fathom asked, Darkstalker then said, "Well, I've seen multiple futures where Silver is killed due to Queen Vigilance." Fathom nodded then said, "Ok, so what do you plan to do to stop those futures?" Fathom was truly curious.
A few moments of silence passed, Darkstalker clearly was thinking of how before he said, "Well, most futures where Queen Vigilance has Silver killed are ones where Gradient and Queen Vigilance aren't together early enough." Fathom got quickly interested and said, "Queen Vigilance and Gradient get together?"
Darkstalker nodded and said, "Yes, she's mostly doing because he has animus blood." Fathom frowned and said, "That's not really a good reason to get together..." Darkstalker nodded and said, "Indeed, but in these futures Gradient is quite happy so I can't really call it the worst relationship."
Fathom then said, "Ok, well, how are we going to do that?" Darkstalker then said, "Well, quite simple, we both know Gradient, so convincing him to admit his feelings should be simple enough." Fathom wasn't to convinced that it would be that easy, especially with the fact that Queen Vigilance was a Queen.
